Best Repair Clogged in Houston TX

First time using Nick's; due to time of the day and my regular plumber closed for the business day, I needed service right away as my home did not have any water.Called Nick's and technician arrived within 20 minutes.Eric Perez was very professional, respectful, and did the job really well within the expected time-frame.The reason I am not providing a 5-star rating is because the price of the job was way too expensive; unless I have an emergency, as Nick's provides after-hours service, I will continue to use my regular plumber.

I own multiple properties. My plumbing service provider just retired so I was looking for a replacement. Had a problem at a property, so tried Wedgeworth since they were very near by. They arrived as scheduled and promptly addressed the problem - then charged me $370 for 20 minutes of work. I am still looking for a replacement plumber.

These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

I called Hugo's to see if they could send someone to look at my water heater, which didn't seem to be getting the water very hot. They were able to schedule me for service the same day which I very much appreciated.The plumbers that came to my house were Francisco and Jorge. They were both very responsive, professional, and patient in explaining everything that was wrong and what they needed to do. They were to find the parts to make the needed repairs so within a couple of hours, my water heater was all fixed. They showed me before and after photos of everything they worked on. The water was much hotter after they finished their repairs.The day after they fixed the water heater, I had an odd smell in my house. I called Hugo Plumbing and asked if it was possible that the smell was a by-product of the chemicals used or the work done by the plumbers. Within an hour, Francisco and Jorge were back at my house. They double checked their work on the water heater, did their best to try to find the source of the smell, and even checked for a gas leak just to be safe. We never found what was causing the smell, which thankfully is fading quickly, but I was super impressed at how responsive they were and how they wanted to make sure they had done the job right.This company will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing work!

Nice plumber. Job completed. Work required: connection of drain from ice maker; leaking sink and faucet in utility room, running toilet. 4.5 hrs and $150 parts total $760.00. No Kohler parts on truck. Work completed: 2 Strainers and drains replaced, o-ring in faucet; toilet bowl had to be removed to replace leaking valve. When drain line connected to piping for ice maker, strainer drained leaked afterwards. Longer than expected and higher cost than expected. You be the judge as to how I faired.

Eda in the office sent Leonard Papa and Mario to our home to deal with some leaks in our water lines that froze during the recent spell of subfreezing temperatures. Every single one of the dozen plumbing companies we contacted were so busy that they wouldn't provide so much as an estimate on when we could expect some help with our problems. One other company offered an appointment only to rescind it offering only a vague estimate when they could help. Only Eda and Houston Plumbing Services rode to our rescue the very next day and located and repaired about 10 leaks getting our water back after 10 days. Leonard and Mario were patient and entirely professional and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. As a result, we now have water. Without a doubt, Houston Plumbing Services gained a loyal customer today and it's our pleasure to recommend this fine business without reservation.

If there is zero start, I will do it. This company is dishonest. They work with CHOICE HOME WARRANTY to cheat on services. My toilet tank was naturally cracked and their technician said it is NOT. When I call to what's natural crack? they said any crack on the toilet water tank are NOT normal. They get $80 and did nothing.
