If you are looking for high quality and professional service, go with Texas Quality Plumbing. Chris may be the best plumber in Houston. Texted and called in advance with estimated time of arrival per GPS. Diagnosed the issue and fixed a 1000 gal/hour underground leak in one day. Thoroughly tested the fix and improved the piping layout to mitigate recurrence. Put grass back where he dug up the yard. Sent all pictures to me along with the invoice.

Outstanding service - from the customer service rep on the phone to the technician that performed the service. Luis G., the technician, was very polite, professional and thorough. The job proved to be difficult, but he stayed with it and the results were excellent. This was the second service by Roto-Rooter at our home and both experiences have been excellent. In both cases they were very prompt. I will not hesitate to use them again.

These folks are amazing! They saved me at least $8k from another company claiming that i had busted pipes, etc. underground. TDT took the time over the phone to explain all possibilities and made a quality recommendation for taking a step by step process before jumping into the worst case scenario. My total bill was $800 for a new cleanout installed in the front yard plus a number of minor tasks with the old pipes. I also used them for my tenants next door and they made a quick $150 trip to clean out their water line. Everything is working great. Fair, honest, on time and easy to work with. 10 Stars!!!

Seemed pretty busy! And the voice automated system said “only offering services to current customers.” My call was put on hold a couple times, but resulted in being informed that a city main was broken in the area.
