Best Remodeling in Houston TX

This is a very mixed review. I called to have my water heater checked and repaired and ended up having to replace it, for about $2000 in labor. in total I paid about $2800 for a new water heater when all I wanted was to have it repaired. Seems like their goal was to sell me a new water heater from the get go, not to repair it. The reason that this review doesn't get 1 star is for 2 reasons: 1) the workers were very friendly, professional and prompt. 2) It was an old water heater that I was planning on replacing eventually anyways; just not now. The reason that I will not put 5 stars however, is because looking back on it, I feel ripped off. Seeing that the water heater costs around $900, $1900 for labor seems outrageous. Overall, great work done, but definitely get a second opinion next time.

Very prompt, professional and courteous service. Gei plumbing really knows his stuff and is obsessed with doing a perfect job for a reasonable cost. We just found him by accident and we now have OUR new plumber.

Very professional James took the time and explained everything to us, answered all are questions that we had. They installed a clean out in the backyard coming back to do more work.

Brad showed up punctually on a Sunday morning and did a great job. Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. The central call center personnel were also well above average and friendly. Everyone called in the expected timelines, and Brad showed up when promised. Cost was as expected based on home repair estimate sites.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Very professional and job gets done on time and correct

M&M is the only company that I will call for plumbing work! Great people, friendly, and always gets the job done. This last time I had a list of projects I needed knocked out before the birth of my child, M&M came in and cranked out the whole list in a couple hours.

I have had Imperial Plumbing work on my home on three separate occasions now and I can say with confidence they are the only plumbing company I trust wholeheartedly.The service technician, Alejandro, was punctual, communicative, and best of all, respectful of my home and was very detailed in the scope of work to be performed.There were no sneaky fees added into the service, whatever I was quoted was the price I paid unless something extremely out of the ordinary happened (which it often does in a house that has plumbing as old as mine).Alejandro offered up some advice based on follow-up questions I had and I am in the processing of designing a new plumbing system and several water filtration units thanks to Alejandro's integrity, quality, and professionalism.Keep up the great work, Imperial Plumbing! I definitely feel safer knowing my home no longer has major gas or water leaks, and I cannot put a price on the feeling of safety after having had my house destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. Wes came and gave me a quote for replacing a tankless water heater in an unusual installation situation. He researched the most efficient, highest quality unit for my situation, told me exactly what was needed to repipe the natural gas to the unit and gave me a great price for the work. He and his helper came in two days later, installed the unit quickly and neatly (felt bad for them having to be in the attic to repipe the gas on a hot summer day though) and now I am back up and running. He even called the next day to review the operation of the unit with me and make sure I had no questions. I will use him again if needed and heartily recommend him to you.

The day following Thanksgiving, I had utilized YB Plumbing Services LLC- Sewer & Drain Cleaning inspection. They were professional, on time, and clear about what the inspection entailed. During the examination, he described the problem areas with the sewer lateral and, if it needed to be replaced, suggested moving some trees and shrubs out of the way so their roots wouldn't interfere with the installation or cause any further problems.

Omar and Rob were great. They were able to install our new kitchen sink and faucet fast and professionally. Highly recommend this company.

We were on vacation staying at my in-laws condo and the hot water started leaking VIP Plumbing was prompt and had the hot water heater replaced within a couple of hours of us calling on them. The crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!
