I used A-1 Electrical today.Justin came out right on time. He was super friendly. He throughly disgnosed the problem and gave me an estimate and even told me that getting my own fixtures would save me 100 dollars.He even helped me over the phone talk to the guy at home depot to make sure we got the right stuff.He fixed everything quickly and explained things to me as he went so I could make good decisions in the future regarding electrical work.The price was actually less than I was expecting.I couldn't recommend a1 plus, and justin specifically, more.Thanks for your help today, guys!

Very professional timely response and resolution of the issue

I called and spoke with Robert Bakenhus about pulling power to a covered patio addition on the back of my house. Robert came out to my place to take a look at the project and provide me a quote. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and was able to provide great suggestions as to how he could get it done. After this meeting I felt very confident that his company would get the job done exactly how I wanted. He provided me a quote the next day and the pricing was very reasonable. I hired them for the job and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, the two electricians (Geoff and Terrell) showed up on time and ready to work. I walked them through what Robert and I had talked about and they were already aware of exactly what needed to be done (this was very reassuring). The guys finished the job very efficiently and the finished product was very professional and clean. I had them wire in 4 can lights, one ceiling fan, and a box for a flood light over a grill area with its own outdoor switch. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process with Bakenhus Electric. Would absolutely hire them again.

Told Burt what was going on with the house. There was miscommunication and the problem was not taken care of after spending $5300.00. Now they want an additional $1000.00 to fix the problem. That was a deal offered after they quoted me $1600.00 Apparently I need additional work and Bert made a note on the stating I denied the initial work only after asking Burt if what I needed was essential. He said no. So why would I agree to pay $5300 not an additional 1600 to get the electric up to par? I will never use Mr. Electric or their parents sister company Mr. Rooter, who never answers the phone by the way ever again.

This is a awesome company, I’ve been with them for years. awesome service, fast and efficient. The tech who arrived today was Norray. It was the first time she was at my house. She was pleasant and knowledgeable and did a terrific job. I would definitely ask for her the next time. Brandi, who I speak to on the phone, is terrific as usual. She’s so pleasant and easy to talk to. Such a terrific company. I would recommend them to anyone.
