This company is awesome. I called them at 11:30, at first they said they wouldn’t be able to come out until the next morning, when I told them my situation, they said they’ll see if they can get someone to come out today, 5 minutes later I got a text saying someone will be here 5-7 pm. When the tech arrived I showed him where the problem was and he got right to work and fixed everything in a timely manner, and did a great job on the repairs. This is the kind of company you don’t mind doing business with. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing.

TJ did a great job installing my new kitchen faucet. He explained everything and also touched up a prior repair. He was great.In contrast to my experience with other plumbers in the past, I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything that I didn't want.I was very satisfied and will definitely use this company in the future for my plumbing needs.

After experiencing a complete failure with another plumbing company, Alfredo was able to access into the cleanout and quickly diagnose the problem as a broken sewer line. Alfredo and his team replaced the line the next day. No gimmicky sales, just honest work much appreciated.

Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

Eric replaced the toilet on the 3rd floor of my townhome, and was patient and understanding and didn't complain once about climbing up and down the stairs. I called Hugo's to see if they could send someone to look at my water heater, which didn't seem to be getting the water very hot. They were able to schedule me for service the same day which I very much appreciated.The plumbers that came to my house were Francisco and Jorge. They were both very responsive, professional, and patient in explaining everything that was wrong and what they needed to do. They were to find the parts to make the needed repairs so within a couple of hours, my water heater was all fixed. They showed me before and after photos of everything they worked on. The water was much hotter after they finished their repairs.The day after they fixed the water heater, I had an odd smell in my house. I called Hugo Plumbing and asked if it was possible that the smell was a by-product of the chemicals used or the work done by the plumbers. Within an hour, Francisco and Jorge were back at my house. They double checked their work on the water heater, did their best to try to find the source of the smell, and even checked for a gas leak just to be safe. We never found what was causing the smell, which thankfully is fading quickly, but I was super impressed at how responsive they were and how they wanted to make sure they had done the job right.This company will definitely be my go-to for future plumbing work!

Cons. Very expensive, I need to replace 2 under cabinet light fixtures, I provide the parts, they wanted $572 for the labor. I declined, watched YouTube, did it myself in 1 hour. A professional would have done it in less than 30 min.

I recently moved into a 65 year old home that had the original galvanized pipes. Houston Plumbing Services did a re-pipe of the house, replacing every inch of piping throughout the house and I'm beyond happy with their work. Not only did they do great work, but they did so with a lot of attention to minimizing any damage to the house, such as cutting into walls to access fixtures. The biggest example is getting to the kitchen without tearing up any counter or backsplash.To explain, I had another company (the one that advertises constantly on TV with the CEO...you know who I mean) quote for the job and they instantly talked about ripping apart my granite countertop and tile backsplash because they didn't see any other way to get to the faucet and dishwasher. But in the same breath told me they offered services to rebuild my kitchen. When Leonard from Houston Plumbing looked, he just said it would be easy enough to come down the end of the wall and run the PEX over to the faucet. No demolition, nothing to repair other than two little holes in the drywall where he pulled the PEX through. That was thousands of dollars of repairs avoided.Speaking of dollars, HPS was completely fair in their pricing, unlike that other company that obviously was preying on people who either just don't know better or aren't bothering to do due diligence and get multiple quotes. They were more than double the price, plus wanted to tear out my kitchen so that they could gouge me for rebuilding it afterwards. I had called a third large plumbing company (the one whose name is an ancient calculator) but they literally just didn't show up for the appointment they set up.So in the end, Houston Plumbing Services did great work at a fair price. What else can you ask for? I've recommend them to several people already, and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this review.

Hired these guys to repair a gas line leak on my commercial property. They cut the electrical line in the process because the neglected to mark the lines first and wouldn’t stand good for the electrical repair or at the very least admit fault. They also damaged the water line, repaired it but did not adequately winterize it like it was and now I have a busted water line. This ended up costing me several thousand dollars more than budgeted and took three times the amount of time to repair. Bottom line, make sure they mark before they dig! I would not recommend TDT and will not do business with them again.

We had an issue with our commecial building. The guy they sent out had it figured out in 5 minuts and fixed in 20. Worth every dime to not have sewage backing up into the warehouse! Now I use them for my home too!

Called at 1 pm about a leak under the sink and draining slowly the dispatcher said Derrick was on another job Kept me updated on eta by 3 pm Derrick was here and completed the job by 430 pm even though he had to go get parts redid the plumbing and cleaned up . This is the 2 nd time I’ve used budget last time was the air conditioner and have been pleased with their timeliness , friendly and completely upfront on cost and needs will definitely recommend and call them again if the need arises ... thank you ,A very satisfied customer
