TJ did a great job installing my new kitchen faucet. He explained everything and also touched up a prior repair. Our water heater has been acting up since we purchased our home last summer. We contacted our home warranty company who gave the job to Kintex Plumbing. Kintex was relatively quick to respond and showed up within 2-3 days. That is where the good experience stopped.The technician that showed up was in a hurry the entire time and acted like he was being inconvenienced by being there. He was extremely quick to be dismissive our our problem only saying that we can either live with the noise or we can purchase a replacement water heater. We asked for an estimate for a new water heater and after over a week still have not been able to get one.We cannot comment on this companies actual capabilities because they did not want to get any business or do any work. Not even being able to give an estimate puts this company in the bottom of the barrel. Highly recommend you try someone else for your plumbing needs.
