Best Plumbing Clogged in Houston TX

I recently hired Nick's plumbing to replace a shower valve in my master bath. Due to an unexpected problem with the installation the job had to be redone. After reviewing the details of the problem the management at Nick's Plumbing determined that the issue was their fault and they corrected the problem at no additional expense to me. This is one of the very few companies that I I have had experiences with who took ownership of the problem and fixed it without getting defensive or pointing fingers at other people involved. That speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity in my opinion. I found their price to be competitive. I have recommended them to a hand full of colleagues and neighbors so far and will continue to do so. I will definitely call them with my next plumbing job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to more than one scheduling conflict with the job that caused me to waste too much time waiting for the plumber to arrive only to be given short notice that they had to reschedule. This can be easily corrected in the future with better communication by phone.

James was pleasant and professional. He arrived when promised (a bit early, even!) and completed the work in a timely manner. He also made sure we had no questions or concerns after the work. Wedgeworth always exceeds expectations!

Professional and efficient

Alfredo came to my house and was very professional. I had a tub clog and leaks which he handled very quickly. I would highly recommend Bluefrog to anyone who needs plumbing service.

These guys were awesome! Called them at 3:30 when I discovered my leak and they were at my house getting the repair going by 4:00. Very happy with their work!

Joseph was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. He and his intern, Cassidy, made quick work of the clogged drain. After snaking the drain, Joseph double checked the work at two different clean outs to make sure water was flowing.

Eric has done several repairs at our house installed new faucets, instant hot water tank at out house. Very polite, excellent work.

The reviews are accurate. I have never been more pleased with a service. We had our whole house re-plumbed by Hugo Plumbing. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. In addition to re-plumbing, we also had them move our gas line. They were also able to come out same day for a separate issue we had with our toilet. I highly recommend this business.

Scheduling was easy, very nice knowledgeable person as well as the technician, nice and knowledgeable however, the cost to do business is to expensive for me to utilize on a regular basis.

Out of at least 10 plumbers that I called for help with bursted pipes after the freeze, I was contacted by Eda who did a phenomenal job of helping us feel like we’re being taken care of. Leonard and his crew got the job done, and we’re grateful.

Hired these guys to repair a gas line leak on my commercial property. They cut the electrical line in the process because the neglected to mark the lines first and wouldn’t stand good for the electrical repair or at the very least admit fault. They also damaged the water line, repaired it but did not adequately winterize it like it was and now I have a busted water line. This ended up costing me several thousand dollars more than budgeted and took three times the amount of time to repair. Bottom line, make sure they mark before they dig! I would not recommend TDT and will not do business with them again.

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

I had a leaky shower head and this company sent a plumber out to fix it. He arrived on time and fixed the issue promptly. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

VIP Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair. The office staff was extremely friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They actually called me back when they said they would! The technicians that came to my home were equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repair that I needed was outside and it was raining. The technicians worked diligently over a period of days to get the repair done despite the weather. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for VIP Plumbing because I had such a positive experience with them. I will recommend this company to anyone that I know who needs a plumber and I will definitely not hesitate to contact them should I need their services in the future.

**UPDATE 02/19/21 I wrote what I did below a few weeks ago, this is only to ratify the 5 stars, they know that the region was hit by the winter storm and as a precaution measure the authorities say to cover pipes to prevent them from bursting, it went out to the cold to cover mine and my surprise Ruben had done it as part of his service time ago !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐the best team. their rates are really reasonable and they were really careful trying to repair without damaging the infrastructure of my house.

I had a problem with my water heater in February 2021 and my warranty company assigned the job to Kintex Company. At the first visit of the technician, he said the gas control valve was bad and ordered a new one to replace it. After the replacement, the problem was not fixed. I informed my warranty company who sent them back. The same technician who replaced the control valve showed up the second time and said again that the gas control valve is bad and needed to be replaced. I doubted his diagnosis that the new gas control valve he had installed a week before was bad. Meanwhile, they kept asking me to pay $150 out of pocket to fix it saying that the warranty company had declined to fix the problem the second time. However, the warranty company said they did not say that and scheduled Kintex Plumbing twice to come back to fix the problem. On both occasions when I called Kintex Plumbing, they insisted the warranty company did not accept to cover the repair, which didn't make sense since the warranty company had sent them to fix it the first time and the second request was for them to properly diagnose and fix the problem. On my second call, again, I was asked to pay $150 out of pocket, which I refused to do.I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE READING THIS REVIEWS FROM USING KINTEX.
