HCAC not cooling. Village did troubleshooting & confirmed my fears that the coil was leaking & repairs would probably not be worth the expense on our 11 yr old unit. Since the house was already up to 89° Soufiene put a little freon in the system to see if it would cool us down.We finally reached 79° after a few hours which let us sleep comfortably. We had picked out a replacement system, which was needed, as our old unit had quit cooling by the time the installation team arrived Wed morning.

In the middle of the February 2021 Arctic Blast, we suffered some burst water lines. I called for help in the morning, and Nick’s called back shortly to confirm an appointment the following day. Joe Humphrey came out as promised and got right to it. The job turned into a convoluted challenge because the leaks ended up to be inside walls in hard to reach places. Joe stuck with it and had to secure additional materials which were scarce. He worked the better part of three days to make it happen for us, and the system held firm when he pressured up. These were tough times, but Joe was wonderful and we are quite happy to have everything all squared away.

I thought I just had a clog issue but it was much deeper than that. Of course I wasn't happy when I heard what needed to be done and how much it would cost, but Patrick and Chris were so helpful and patient with me. The 5 yr warranty and financing, plus their professionalism set them apart from the company I had give me a second opinion. They will be my plumbing company for all of those big ticket items moving forward.

We used a couple of other plumbers in the area over the past years, but I never felt like I got a good deal or a fair deal. So, when our sprinkler system main pipe started leaking, I let my yard guys take a whack at it. It still leaked and it was getting to the point that it was completely out of code. My wife called Blue Frog and I expected the same service as the other vendors in the past, but this time was different. They came over to just give me a quote, and they explained it all to me, what needed to be done, and gave me options. We let them replace the entire piece and they even wrapped our pipes for winter when they were done. I left feeling like I had a new plumber and I got a fair deal out of it. It’s like your AC or your car; you tend to be over a barrel it seems when it comes to these issues, and it is nice to see that there are companies out there that are honest.

Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. Unfortunately unforeseen problems were encountered and the original problem could not be fixed at this time. This is no fault of the technician, and further work needs to be done.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Leonard and his men did a remarkable job repiping our home after the winter storm. They arrived at the time that they promised and finished ahead of schedule. It was an absolute joy doing business with him and his company. I will refer him to anyone in need of plumbing services without reservation. Their attitude, compassion and professionalism are without comparison.

We had an outside pipe break during the recent winter storm. We started calling plumbers on Wednesday in hope of getting someone out the following week. TDT actually answered our call and indicated they would have a technician call us Friday. We were so excited but still a bit doubtful so continued to make calls and we were put on wait lists. TDT called first thing Friday morning to advise someone would be out before noon and they were. The part for our repair was not on their truck so they went back to their office to get the part and made the repair. AMAZING.We will never use another plumber.

Called and spoke to Gilbert and asked for an estimate for a clogged drain. He refused to provide an estimate and said he could tell me once they saw it. On my way home, Gilbert said his guy was on his way to my house. When I arrived home, the guy said he had been waiting for an hour an half. Then, after looking at the pipe that was clogged, he said Gilbert told him to charge me $225. I asked him, Then why didn't he tell me that when I asked him for an estimate? I reluctantly agreed and 15 minutes later, he said he was done. We tested it and the pipe was still clogged. He said he would have to cut the pipe, but that it would cost more. I said to forget it. He was already charging me $225 for 15 minutes of work, I could only image what he would charge me to keep working on it. He went to his truck and said that after talking to Gilbert, he could do it for another $75. I agreed since I had to have it repaired. This time, he did fix it, but not after walking away like you have just been hustled. I give 2 stars because at least he fixed it.

A rare find. Have been calling on Bobby and his team for several years as well as recommending them to friends and businesses without hesitation. These are people you can trust and do not mind having them work in your home. Recently had All-Tex replace 35 year old galvanized pipe in my home with cpvc. We discussed various options, pros and cons, and I decided that this was the way that made the most sense for our situation. ALL of the people on the job were professional and knew what they were doing. They even had plenty of patience for an inquisitive homeowner. As a follow up, Bobby has an excellent sheetrock repair person on board who came the day after the plumbing job was finished. Highly recommend All-Tex for all types of plumbing repairs and services.

I was referred to KinTex by my home warranty. I scheduled the appointment for them to fix my tankless water heater. They gave me a block of time they would be here. I called the night before and during the day of the appointment. Both times it took roughly 15 minutes to reach someone. The day of the scheduled visit they never showed up.
