Best New Water Heater Installation in Houston TX

Timely, polite, and tidy! Our shower was badly constructed originally and the faucet was inaccessible behind the tile. Eric was prepared and able to cut the tile out (pretty neatly!) to install the new part and get everything back together.

I experienced an urgent gas leak in my house, and GEI Plumbing Services saved the day! They not only fixed the leak quickly and safely, but their prices were very reasonable. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional, making sure to explain every step he was taking. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them for any gas leak repair needs!

TJ did a great job installing my new kitchen faucet. He explained everything and also touched up a prior repair. He was great.In contrast to my experience with other plumbers in the past, I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me anything that I didn't want.I was very satisfied and will definitely use this company in the future for my plumbing needs.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

They quickly identified the problem and worked to fix it. As other problems were noticed, they explained everything and what they needed to do. Would definitely use again!

Experienced blockage in sewer line. Reached out to neighbors and got referral to Mr. Rooter and Daisy specifically. Called, Daisy was prompt, very professional and did a great job of resolving the problem. Left my place cleaner than it was when she arrived. Would easily refer Daisy and Mr. Rooter to friends.

It appeared to me that his main focus was to please the insurance company to get more business. The technician perhaps had a misunderstanding but based on his misreporting the insurance declined our claim.We had a leak under the kitchen sink, the technician asked if we tried to fix ourselves. My wife responded that my husband had a look but not sure what he did. The technician reported to the insurance company that owners missed a rubber seal while trying to fix the problem themselves. Whereas the fact is that we have never opened or did anything with the plumbing since the house was bought. The insurance company (American Home Shield, stay away) then called us to inform that our claim was denied because we tempered with the original plumbing.Hate to write this but it went so obviously wrong that I could not stop. He may be a good technician if the insurance is not involved; good luck.

Plumbing general assessment of bathrooms and drained water tank. Technician provided good advice. Scheduling is poor as they only give 8am - 6pm time ranges despite requesting 8am.

Noticed all these reviews are dated around the same time frame and all sounds alike? Another red flag, most of them have only 1 single review, I'd do more research before hiring this plumbing company
