Best Line Inspections in Houston TX

Nobody likes to wake up to a major water heater leak, especially when you are home recovering from Covid 19. We have a great AC/Plumbing guy. We called him based on the great job & value we got from his company for our new HVAC. He was all about doing the job, until I admitted that we were sheltering in place with Covid 19 but the Heater was out in the garage. He told me to call him back when we were certified well. That was never going to happen. We researched Made in USA Water Heaters which led us to Bradford White. From there we looked for authorized dealers, which led us to Cooper. From that moment I spoke with Jeremiah, I knew we had found our new Plumber. As the Water Heater was in the garage, and us inside the House, he saw no problem with taking care of business. 2 Days later Hot Water in place, according to Code, and working. --Delivered and Installed by Professionals, a Fair Price, the old Water Heater Hauled off, and he accepted our Credit Card there after instal and inspection. Nick’s Plumbing was professional all the way. We have an old house and along with it comes old house plumbing problems. Eric showed professionalism and great knowledge and persistence to resolve our plumbing issue. For a minute we thought it would be a bigger issue which means more $$ down the drain but Nicks came through and quickly. We had a huge party set up for the weekend and our plumbing was able to handle all the usage after all their trouble shooting. Will definitely be using Nicks again and big shout out to Eric for his determination.

Patrick was focused, capable and extremely pleasant. Sink aerator issue was fixed in a timely fashion.

Tech could have covered the floor of my kitchen cabinet with a drop cloth. That way the floor would not have gotten scratched up by his tools.
He left an inch of exposed copper pipe on the outside. I think he could have cut the pipe closer to the house.

I had problems with my hot water heater for years. I had them replace it and they were awesome. The hot water heater was installed the same day and they were very polite and professional. If you need any kind of plumbing help I highly recommend them

Nathan and his team did a terrific job re-piping my home with PEX and installing a tankless water heater. Now, we have consistent hot and cold water throughout the house with improved pressure.

I'm so glad I called Houston Plumbing Service. After bad service with another plumbing company I noticed a leak in our backyard. I searched Google for a local company with good reviews. I used their online service request form and they called to see how they could help. We we're able to get a quote with options by sharing some photos of the leak virtually. It wasn't an emergency to me but they were able to fit us in sooner than I expected. In less than two hours they removed an old water softener and patched the pipe. They even wrapped it and installed an extra emergency shut off for me. They wore ppe and followed covid protocols which was important for me. Their customer service is better than I've ever experienced, very friendly and comforting. All my service options were reasonably priced, less than I expected. I will definitely be using their services in the future and I wish all repair companies followed their standard of service. They are really the best.

I can't say enough good things about TDT and their associates, Jack and Micah! They were so polite and professional and took good care of me in a short time. In addition, the office staff called me to give me updates on their time of arrival when unexpected delays occurred so I appreciated being kept informed. Outstanding service! Highly recommend TDT!

When we first called they were very quick to respond indeed. They guy showed up in less than 30 minutes. But he didn’t have the part needed to complete the work so he capped off the line so we could @ least get our water back on for the weekend. He promised to return back on Tuesday as we had arranged, but come Tuesday around noon, nobody was still here @ the house. I finally left for a about an hour and did some brief errands and called my husband @ work to see if he had heard from Will and he told me that he had finally gotten ahold of him after he (my husband) had to call him to find out why he hadn’t shown up. will explained that he had to have emergency dental work and wanted to reschedule for the next day when he already knew I wouldn’t be available so he skied if we could do it on Thursday. My husband informed him that he would speak to me and get back w/ him immediately. After confirming w/ me that Thursday would be ok, my husband tried calling Will back several times and even left him a text message. We finally had to call the office later that evening after my husband returned home to speak w/ someone there about getting someone to come and finish the work will didn’t complete. It was only a short time later after speaking w/ his office and getting it arrranged for Thursday morning that will then responded back and acted like we the customer had nothing to be upset about. He talked down to both me and my husband like we didn’t even matter. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They will respond very quickly but will make an excuse not to finish and then have to come back @ a later date and if they actually show up it will be a miracle of God. Very poor customer service and they do not quote you a price. The first visit was $127 for the service call and another $524.50 for the emergency repairs just to cap off 2 1/2 inch lines. About $350 of that was for 5 minutes of work for him to remove 3 tiles around the valve to get to it which he could not get out with his dremmel tool so he took a hammer and smashed them to remove them. A little patience and that would not have been necessary in my opinion. My husband decided to go over to their office on Wednesday and speak w/ the manager or owner and was told that he could leave a voicemail. He asked if the manager was in the building and couldn’t get an answer from the woman so he left a voicemail. He never received a call back from Kim the manager so he decided to go down to the office and found Kim there . He asked to speak w/ the owner and was told he was in a meeting. He told Kim he was dissatisfied w/ Will and and how he had responded to us over the phone about lying to us when he didn’t show up for the scheduled appointment. She informed us that she had spoken to Will and that he had told her that my husband and I were both drunk when he showed up and he felt like it was a hostile environment! Not hardly Will! I don’t drink and very seldom does my husband, only on certain occasions... holidays, birthdays and social gatherings. This was not one of those occasions. But nonetheless, we didn’t want Will back out to our home after his poor attitude and sloppy workmanship. He even made a statement about how he used to work for John Moore. Now we know why he doesn’t anymore. He probably wouldn’t show up for work and actually expected them to be understanding.

Electric rewiring and box change out, gas line rerouted for dryer, repairs of old duct through brick…..all work was excellent. Professional service, prompt and on time, expert craftsmanship. Replace new toilet asked them to put the old toilet out near the trash cans instead they placed it right at the front door they knew we are seniors and can't move it and their attitude is really bad don't use this company not business like...I'm not giving then a star the post won't let me post it until I give them a rating
