At great cost to me they did clear my drain line. But they are way too expensive. Yes, if you are trapped like I was, these guys will do a competent job, but they charge way too much.

RedFin Plumbing is the copper standard (if you get it you get it)! I came home (again) to a sink full of standing water at the most inopportune time. I called to see if someone could assist me over the phone since I knew it wasn’t urgent, but they sent someone out right away, ON THE WEEKEND! The service technician arrived with proper personal protective gear and maintained social distancing while educating me on preventive maintenance. (Now I know what a P-trap is and how to keep it from clogging.) While there are many plumbing companies in this sea, I’ll be calling RedFin the next time I’m up a creek.

Installed new HVAC unit to replace the one they installed 6 months ago that did not meet the specifications for a unit run on propane. It was Abacus' technician's oversight. However, they came back and corrected the problem by installing a new propane adaptable unit at no additional charge. They are honest & professional!

After the recent freeze in Houston, Leonard and his crew came to my house exactly as promised the day after the freeze and they helped me safely get water restored to my house and my pool. They were extremely knowledgable, fast and tidy. I am very appreciative of the work that they did and I would recommend them unequivocally. M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.

Had Wes come out to install a water softener loop to my house. I was pretty particular on the routing and he was able to do it with no problem. Would definitely use him again for other pluming issues.

Great customer care from David Nieves. He is very punctual, professional, and responsive. He arrived within 30 minutes of our first call and installed a full central air the same day. His team worked until midnight, on the hottest day of the summer so far, not stopping until the job was done. David offered his cell phone for text message and responds within minutes to every question until midnight. With his team working into the night to finish the job he offered to come back with a fresh set of eyes the next day to make sure everything was done right. The hot house was stressful during the day, but we got a great night sleep in a cool home that night. Thanks David.

No service at all they told me what was wrong charged me 85 dollars and left without fixing the problem.
