Over the past several months, we’ve had a lot of work done by different companies and contractors. It has seemed like customer service has simply gotten worse, so when I called Nick’s to take a look at our gas lines, I wasn’t expecting much. Josh went far beyond what I was expecting, and it was refreshing to deal with someone who cared about what he was doing and about me as a customer given everything else I’ve gone through. Our interaction will likely mean that I’ll be calling Nick’s for anything plumbing or AC related in the future.

I wanted to install a backwater valve and shopped around with several contractors. I immediately liked the way Gei plumbing approached the conversation and he gave me a reasonable cost estimate. He came on site to scope the drains (in and out the house) to determine if there were any issues (this alone cost few hundred bucks with most plumbers). The next day his crew was on site, he coordinated the permits and inspection and the day after the work was completed. Everything happened as per the script. Job well done! And I can now relax and not worry about sewage backup. 10/10.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I have to write about Hugo Plumbing. I had many different issues at my place of business and they came and conquered all issues and all at a very reasonable price. Rarely have I seen one shop handle all the sorts of issues I had encountered: Waste water line backup, sample well cover, lint/grease trap as well as assorted water leaks. Hugo Plumbing is awesome!

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

I found the company on HomeAdvisor. The company responded fast. The representative was very nice and customer service oriented. I received a free in home eatimate the next day! That impressed me because its hard to get service that fast. The plumber that came is Thomas. Thomas called and came within the time frame given. He was so nice. He gave me all the information and let me know the steps he was going to take to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself. He wore a mask. THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE! I ADDED A ADDITIONAL JOB WHILE HE WAS HERE. Im very impressed. Im definitely using this company for all my future plumbing needs.

I wanted to switch back to a gas stove, but was worrried about the capped gas line and hook up. M&M came out, checked the line and then hooked up my new stove and even re-lit my water heater pilot light when done. They didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't need and did great work at a reasonable price. Solid friendly folks!

Ryan Case did a heater check in prep for the winter months. He took pictures to show me what he evaluated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I signed up for the annual ac/heater check program. Mission is a great company. They re-piped our house last April and did a great job. The timeline was very tight and they got it all done.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet.
