This is a family operated business run by Mark and Donna with their son Jake. Recently, I had them take care of a problem that had been plaguing my 89 yr old parents for almost 2 years. My fix it yourself' dad just wouldn't give up. Finally, I convinced him it was time to swallow his pride and call the professionals. Wow! They came in, took care of the problem in a hurry, did it in a way that salvaged Daddy's pride and at a price that didn't sound the wallet! I can't say enough about how nice, efficient and quick this crew is. I will never call another plumbing company again!.

M&M is the only company that I will call for plumbing work! Great people, friendly, and always gets the job done. This last time I had a list of projects I needed knocked out before the birth of my child, M&M came in and cranked out the whole list in a couple hours.

This is the the worst company ever “the grand theft company”, they work completely unprofessional, they worked in my house for 12 days and everyday they would call me like at 8 am and would show up 3 or 4 hours later. They didn’t have the appropriate tools to work, Also when they needed something from home-depot they would take almost 2 hours to come back. My living room and bedroom was full of dust from what they were cutting because they didn’t cover the bathroom entrance, They asked me for water, ice, and to sit on my chairs with all their dirty clothes and to complete the whole review they stole tools from my garage because they used my garage to cut the tiles for the bathroom and the job was completely awful.

Mission is always prompt with their service calls and is diligent to keep a constant and clear line of communication between their staff in the field and office with the customer. I would recommend them for any Plumbing (water or gas) emergency, repair, or new construction.

Manuel and Hunter were out to see me today for the hot water in my shower not staying hot for too long. Right off the bat they were extremely courteous and pleasant. I let them know what the issue was and they went to work. After testing the shower for about 15-20 minutes the hot water was running just fine. One of those fluke things to where something was wrong for months and then all of a sudden it's miraculously fixed on its own. The great thing about Plumb away Plumbing is that they are extremely honest. The guys let me know that they didn't have to change the cartridge like they like they thought and said that all was good. They checked in with Robert the owner and he said no charge for the day since they didn't have to fix anything were in the area anyway. Another service would have at least charged me for going out to look at the shower or just charged me for a lot of things that didn't need to be done. I cannot say enough great things about the trustworthy, reliable and honest servicemen at Plumb away Plumbing. They have a customer for life on my end. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends so they can also experience the wonderful customer service and peace of mind that this Plumbing Service offers. Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Alex was extremely responsive he arrived within no time of me making my appointment. He called me before he came, he was extremely professional & he charged me an extremely fair price! I recommend Alex for ANY repairs. His service was great.

They charged me $200, and all the tech did, was run a hand held plumbing snake down the drain for 5 minutes. Then without looking at the pipes behind the wall or using a camera to see inside the pipe, he told me that I need a $5000.00 repair. I then went to home depot bought my own drain auger and draino, got the water flowing for $40.00, and haven't had any problems in 2 months. The technician was very nice, but it seems like he was only interested in selling me a repipe service, he probably gets commission. He was at my house for about 30 minutes and 25 of those minutes were just him trying to sell me a house repipe service, he tried offering discounts, warranties, financing even a free new toilet w/installation. And all I wanted was to fix a slow drain.
