This company was hired by my homeowners association to fix a plumbing issue. They turned off the water at 8 am. We kept checking with them and they informed us that it would be fixed. The time kept changing. At 7 pm they finally told us that the repair part they were going to use had broken, all the stores were closed and we had to be without water until mid morning the next day.A few points. Totally incompetent, unqualified and unprofessional. If you are going out to repair a necessity that affects a while community, the least you can do is to be prepared or at least well equipped to fix the issue in a timely fashion. We had to call independent companies to come up With the part and involve the city of Houston in the repair. UnacceptableI rarely take the time to write reviews. Please read this and take note. Do NOT hire this company. You will regret it I assure you

luckys plumbing is absolutely first-rate. they are good people who show up on time (or even early), who do terrific work, and who charge a reasonable fee. i would use them before i used any other plumber. (also, in this covid era, they also show up wearing masks, which is absolutely the right thing to do.) my entire large family uses luckys. i recommend them highly.

Water heater didn’t work. They came out right away!!

Approximately a month ago I called for an estimate to have my water heater replaced. I chose Redfin to do the work because I felt the most comfortable with the estimate I received. Redfin had Heath perform the installation. His work was top shelf, he made an adjust to the attic location placing the water heater closer to the water and gas pipes. All the necessary attachments / fixtures were made and the craftsmanship is a showpiece for how you do a water heater installation right. Jonathan was very good at explaining my options and answering any questions I had! He did an amazing job fixing everything and gave me a recommendation on another repair I needed. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, They were able to diagnose and repair a problem that a previous plumber told me would cost $14,000 to repair. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Micah and Matt were able to flush the line which saved THOUSANDS of dollars and a compromised foundation by unnecessary digging. If you need a good plumber, look no further! Employee is great, company is terrible. My technician was Ronnie, on time, work professional and patient with the client!Now back to the company1) I had a tune up in April, AC broke in July. Told me b/c my AC was fine when they check and it ran extra hard in this 3 month b/c it is summer. So pretty much their tune up does nothing just like all those other companies.2) The tuneup is promoted as they will waive your dispatch fee and 10% off for parts in future repair. Believe that sounds really “attractive to me” that is why I got trapped. You will still be charged dispatch fee for repair, the waiver is only for maintain. The quote for repair they give you is like Macy’s “sale””discount”, the price for the part has been raised 20x more already for what they called “high quality” and “warranty (not life time but 1y)”. So you ends up paying way more than that 10%3) 1thing they are right they are not the worst, most AC companies you can see an AD is like this. So either find a new AC man or cross this company off and find the next one which is probably the same as this.4) the employee deserves a 5 star, the company zero! You want to charge 20x more you’d better raise your technician’s pay!

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
