They had quality equipment that showed the old sewer line had cracks and blockage from roots. The plumbers were knowledgeable and I appreciate their assessment on the sewer line.

TQP had been exceptional. Installed the tankless waterheater for house back in 2017. Just came out and descaled it for me, quick easy, great quality work.

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.

Houston Plumbing Services is top notch. We have had our fair share of issues and Houston Plumbing is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states: Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full. It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.

Best plumbing Company in Town…

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

They showed up on time and fixed the problem. they wouldn’t give a price over the phone which, I’m pretty sure they know within reason what they’re going to charge for a clogged drain. They hid behind the, “we have to evaluate it the issue, we charge 79 to come out, but apply that to the repair”, it’s a bs practice but they could come out quickly. They up-sell the entire time they’re on site. up-sell hot water heater services, up-sell a maintenance package, etc. like I said, they showed up on time, they fixed the problem, but they were very expensive and clearly into selling additional services the entire time.

This company is absolutely THE BEST in the plumbing industry. I have been a customer for at least 20 years and they have solved almost every plumbing issue a homeowner could encounter from typical maintenance, fixture or system replacement and remodeling. We had or did everything! Rest assured that your entire plumbing experience is in experienced hands from start to finish. From the first phone call to the last second of a completed job, everyone in the company is highly skilled and professional, friendly and personable, and delivers the best problem solvers. You have my complete trust and I highly recommend this expert company!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!
