Village Plumbing is the most unprofessional company. I initially had a good experience the first time they were at my house. However this time was the exact opposite.The tech that was at my house yesterday was beyond rude. He had a terrible attitude. I told him I just wanted to fix the pipe and not to replace 2 hot water heaters. For a piece of pipe and less than hour work was over $600. The tech got mad at me because I would not agree to all the other work. He was extremely pushy. He said- “ok taking the bandaid route I see”. I said excuse me? I then reminded him that even though yes I could afford all of the “alleged repairs” he said I needed. That was not the point. What about people that cannot afford it and that struggled to come up with the $600? Shaming them by saying “Going the bandaid route”. It’s beyond unprofessional. Not to mention his level of drama. Telling me my hot water heater would blow through my roof. Really?! Little dramatic considering with the ones I have that isn’t posible. The sad thing is his crazy sales pitch has clearly worked on people before. So for that reason I am telling anyone and everyone. Do NOT use them!!

The service was fast and professional. The cost was reasonable. Overall I was very pleased and will use Nicks again.

Beware! They took advantage of me on a leak repair and double dipped they lied about the cost of the leak detection company and refused to allow me to book this appointment on my own instead they stated they had to book disappointment, but the only reason for this was because they wanted to inflate that price knowing I was going through an extreme hardship with the leak as high as 74,000 gallons of water in a three week period of time it was a critical emergency and I was very limited on funds. Instead of them having compassion and integrity they lied about how much the leak detection company charge just to make an extra $225! They double dipped! Horrific and would never recommend people like this that lack integrity!

Xavier and his assistant were excellent as all your previous technicians have been. Professional, courteous and I am so pleased from first phone to finish.

These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.

Eric provided great service in removing old garbage disposal. Fair pricing and friendly customer service. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

M&M recently re-piped our entire house. They replaced a few fixtures and we had them install 2 new comfort height toilets. They did a great job for us. Crew always arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. When called for a few hiccups that arose, they were at the house within a few minutes after receiving the call. M&M is honest & fair. I highly recommend them.

We came back from a Labor Day weekend to an AC blowing hot air and panting dogs! We called them right away and they got here within 30 minutes.Juan was able to diagnose and explain very easily what the issue was and give us the estimate for repair right there on the spot. Robert and Co were amazing. I reached out on a referral and was so glad I did. They are very busy so Robert quoted me a whole house repipe based on a text I sent him and then charged me less. He was so easy to work with that I started wondering whether he would show up but there they were first thing Monday morning with three vans. The team worked very long hours sometimes in the mud and rain to minimize the impact on us. They even worked around us avoiding shutting off the water the first several days and then turning it back on at night after making connections on the others. Please text Robert and you will be entirely satisfied with their professionalism, quality, honesty and value. Their motto is ‘why pay more’ and I totally agree.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
