Ethan and Ricardo showed up on Tuesday for a quote and thoroughly explained what would have to be done to get a gas line for a gas stove to be installed. I was notified they could do it on Wednesday morning. They showed up on time both days and were very professional, clean, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would specifically request the same team for any additional work I need.

GEI is a responsive and direct group that does a great job for your plumbing needs. They work fast, have outstanding response time, and won't try to add to the existing problem by creating more work than need be. In other words they won't gouge you for work. They have great customer service and try to keep you in the loop completely. If you have a chance to work with Guy he is awesome.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. Yesterday and today Rene was fantastic. Informative, timely, and very gracious. He fixed our AC on one of the hottest days of the year faster than we expected and took care of our family well. We called Friday evening and spoke to Bobby about a weird drain clog we had where the bathroom sink was overflowing even though we didn't have the faucet on. He talked us through what to do to get through the night so we wouldn't have any overtime fees, then he scheduled us fohe morning. He let us watch what he did so that we could try and fix the clog in the future, though it turned out the clog was behind the wall so he needed to bring up his machine to fix it. But he was very professional, gave good advice, and we felt well taken care of the whole time!

Excellent service hard working, polite, bill was lower than initial quote and I have had them back for additional repairs and plumbing improvements. The largest project was done perfectly, and final cost was 1/5th of what another plumbing company previously quoted. 03/22/2016

I was told that I needed a new water heater during my first visit but a different report was given to my home warranty company . The person that came out for the repair was very unfriendly and was visibly unhappy when I asked him to wear shoe covers not only his first visit but again during his rainy second visit. I was in a bed room when I turned and he was suddenly there saying that he needed to turn on the water to drain the line. That would have been fine had he ask to come into the room. I could have been undressed or who knows. His attitude was not polite at all and I couldn’t wait to get him out of my house.
