A call was placed in the AM for a plumber to repair a leak & someone came out before noon. We were given a quote and how long it would take to complete the job. We made a decision on site & work was done professionally in a short amount of time. We have used Nick before and will continue to use their services because they are professional, completes the job timely and does not try to sell other services or products while on the job. I highly recommend Nick if you want professionalism, honesty & the job done right the first time.

Kitchen sink was starting to back up, so they ran a snake thorough the outside drain and they were able to remove the clog.

I was happy with Josh but that's where it ended.I spent over $1000 to repair broken pipe but when I asked if the repairman would replace the valve to the home main shut off which was part of the line repaired, he refused saying that wasn't part of the contract. So I spent about $500 an hour and they are so profit oriented that they wouldn't replace a cheap valve to satisfy a customer. They have seen the last of my business.Now as a layman I am on my own to replace something that would have been easy and cheap for them.

Texas Quality Plumbing came to my house to repair a leak from the riser on the side of the house. They did an excellent job of determining what might have caused the leak in the first place. They not only fixed the leak, but they also corrected the piping in order to eliminate any undesired stress on the pipe that could potentially cause a leak in the future. I am very satisfied with their response time and their professionalism.

I had used this company before to get an evaporator coil replaced. They were fast and did what I requested. However this time when I requested the capacitor be replaced on my condenser unit they have charged me $350 to replace a bad breaker that was hot and tripping. The breaker was hot because the capacitor is bad. The replacement breaker is used and appears older than the existing breakers in the box. My AC still does not work because they did not diagnose the issue nor do what I requested of them. I am happy to update review once service is performed satisfactorily.

Pickett Plumbing was very responsive. Bud came out quickly, was very professional and helped with a clogged drain. It turned out there was a second drain clog so Bud came out again the next day to repair that one. Very happy with the service.

Ok, these guys are a corporate affair, but must say... the scheduling was a very quick and easy process. 24hrs to get an appt to come out and review our plumbing situation. They called promptly, showed up early, and by far DAVID was amazing to work with on site, so knowledgeable and trustworthy! Although the repair job looks over priced, we were very happy with the Evaluation/estimate process. I really liked the overall experience so far. Now to fit this repipe cost into our budget is going to be a challenge! Thanks John Moore and David

Horrible company, they don't appreciate their employees and they hire people who don't know what they are doing in order to save on payroll. The few people that do work hard they take advantage and then throw them aside when they are thru with them. This is a trash company, they have no integrity and i would not trust their work. Do not hire this company if you want the job done right!!! The new management team is pure trash and don't know how to manage this company efficiently. Find service somewhere else

This plumbing company was contracted by my home warranty insurance company. Was called out after certified electrician (also contracted by warranty insurance company) came out and was able to determine that the reason my dishwasher is not working is because it is not receiving hot water. It was explained to me that water coming in to the dishwasher must be approximately 120-130 degrees at the source and the dishwasher is very minimally responsible for heating it further by 5-10 degrees max. My kitchen sink which is directly next to the dishwasher and the bathrooms on the other end of a very big house were warm but it took some time. Turned up the water temperature on the water heater. I called early morning to cancel, AS I WAS INSTRUCTED! The plumber, who I am not sure was licensed, showed up anyway. I explained the problem was fixed and I had canceled as I was instructed to do. The guy said well let me take a look. He was there less than 30 minutes and charged me $250. And he did not fix anything. I am outraged and hope this review will serve as a warning!!!!!!
