This guys were very professional. The other company we called we were waiting on new toilets 3 days when I called for status they never ordered them and told us the parts were obsolete so they had to be replaced. Nick's guys showed up as they were suppose to evaluated the situation came back as promised the next morning with all the parts and fixed both of the toilets, Just in the Nick of time according to my husband. Lol! Thank you! Will definitely use for all plumbing needs going forward.

Recently, our main floor toilet started making loud knocking noises whenever we flushed it. We called GEI Plumbing Services and Evan was able to repair the issue right away, leaving us very happy customers. We have used GEI Plumbing for every plumbing issue that has come up over the past 2 years (leaky faucets, changing out fixtures, drainage issues and installing a Water Cop system) and we have always received kind and professional service. Evan performs above and beyond what is expected of him.

We were blown away with the services we received from James and Capital Care Plumbing. The most descriptive word I can think of is integrity which sadly few service entities have these days. James was super responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He could have charged us a small fortune and did not but instead got us fixed up at a fraction of what we could have been charged. Papal was very professional and very detailed of the work done. He took the time to explain what was needed to repair or replace our system. Shared photos of our aging system and quoted us a great price for replacing our system. We are very happy with the service we received from Papal, we will call on him again when we are ready to replace our AC and other work that might be necessary. I had plumber come out through my American home warranty plan. When the plumber arrived, he didn't have a tool in his hand or a clipboard nor name badge; I could have been letting a complete stranger into my home. Within 2 minutes of him being in my home he had already tried to upcharge me $250 and decided he was going to drop on my brand new tiled floor the flange which contained all of the wax from the Ring that goes on it. After the plumber made a big deal about the tile covering the hole where the pipe connects the toilet, I told him I can chip it away; which I did in 30 seconds. After showing him that the tile is no longer an issue, he insisted on telling whomever he was speaking to on the phone that he can't work on it because there's tile in the way. He then said my supervisor said I can't work on it I repeated so that the person on the phone could hear I remove the tile & it's no longer an issue, but he refused to work on the toilet that he was called out for. I immediately asked him to leave my home and he was more than happy to do so. It's quite obvious he doesn't like working Saturdays and didn't want to be there in the first place; he sat in the parking lot for about another 15 to 20 minutes before he left. Very frustrating very disappointing. I'm sure Kintex plumbing can do better than that, but I would never allow that man in my home again. Poor representation of what seems to be a good company, sad.
