Best Heating System Installation in Houston TX

My 10 year old gas water heater stopped working. I called Village Plumbing to come out and take a look at it. There is a thermostat module on the outside of the tank that controls the flame. There is also a part called a thermistor that controls the pilot light and has a reset button on it. Their technician David, clearly did not try the reset button at all, which would have solved the problem. He either purposely mis-lead me to sell me a $2,500 new water heater or he was not trained properly to know to try resetting it. Either way ends up costing me and you in the pocketbook. I would not trust this company one bit and will never recommend them to anyone.

We had a water leak of the outdoor water line leading to our home. Nick's Plumbing came by fast, and had a faster diagnosis: replace the entire water line for $4000+. Special manager discount $3500. After waiting a few days on a different plumbing co (during which time I had to turn the water on and off, so was a bit inconvenient), I ended up having it fixed for $175. Was well worth waiting a few days.

Requested plumber to fix sewer drainage issue. Plumber came and quoted $600 to use snake drain to get ride of the clog. I asked for warranty incase it was not a clog but the boss could not verify if it is actually clog or not so can not agree to warranty. So off the bat they have no clue what they are doing. I told plumber to proceed and after a while plumber could not find the clog. In the mean time it was getting late, I was asked to pay for half ($300) and was told plumber will come back tomorrow to use camera to find the issue. Throughout the process plumber was clueless about everything and calling his boss on the phone. The next day I went to find another plumber for half the price to find the issue. Would not recommend GEI plumbing at all. Overpriced and unqualified.

So overpriced! I paid $599 for a new kitchen disposal. I thought that it must be some great 3/4 hp disposal. I checked later and discovered that the disposal costs $130 at Home Depot. So, $470 for a house call and a 20 minute installation - outrageous. I actually called Blue Frog the next day because I thought it must have been a mistake. No, they said that was their price for that item. Shameful

Did good quality work. Pleasant, patient, and professional technician that answered all questions. Will use the tram again.

Replaced water valves under all the upstairs batjhrooms, replaced faucets in the 2 tubs upstairs. Replaced the watersshut-off valve in the utility room.Most of the valves were about 20 years old. No leaking, but replacing the old ones made good sense.

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

One day in my house the air conditioning began to sound strange, I did not give it much importance because I thought it was common, to my surprise it was not, after 10 minutes smoke began to come out of the appliance, I had to turn it off immediately but the heat was unbearable, I looked for a tech near my area and I found this company on Google Maps, I called the company a little worried hoping that they could help me urgently, the person in charge of the telephone line told me that he would see if I had any tech available and would call me back shortly, within 10 minutes he let me know if there was availability and within 30 minutes Kendrick was at my house, he did a deep clean and repaired my air conditioner, he also gave me several maintenance tips, I felt very happy with your service

They quoted $291.00 to run a snake down a drain to unclog my backed up tub. LOLOLOLOLOL.No. They did not do the work. I got on youtube and fixed it myself.

Plumber's experience truly showed as he explained the intricacies of the issues that had affected the store I maintain. He went above and above to investigate every potential source of the difficulties and went into great depth on how to resolve the issues that had compromised our pipes. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the services rendered to me and my shop.

I made an appointment to repair pipes due to the terrible freeze. They made the appointment and was on time. The service representative Chris was very nice and he explained everything and took pictures so I could see the damage. They were very efficient. I plan to use them again to service my AC.

Great service. I requested the repair on Tuesday afternoon and the plumber was there Wednesday morning to repair the running toilet. Great service by the technician Antonio. He was very professional, had a sense of urgency and his plumbing knowledge was impressive. Fixed it in no time. Saved me a lot of money I could have paid to the water company due to the leak. Seen some of there employees at a corner store doing drugs in the van! Unit 77 was the van! Guy gave me a dirty look when he caught me looking! Awesome employees to have knowing they are doing drugs before and after jobs!
