The pricing is a little expensive but the scheduling is timely and that’s important when you have a plumbing issue. Paris was our technician this morning and he did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and made sure that he left our bathroom neat and clean after performing the work.Paris came out for a recheck on previous work and made a little adjustment and all is good. Super friendly technician who is very willing to address all of my concerns.Today Remi performed a water leak detection and repaired the leak. He offered discounts to help with the pricing and also helped by providing a referral for water and mold remediation. We are pleased with the work and will request him the next time we schedule a plumbing service.

Literally A + customer service! I was blown away by the level of service. Everything from start to finish was flawless. I called Nick's Plumbing after receiving an initial bid to replace my drainage and sewage pipes from a competitor assigned by my homeowners's insurance plan. They (Ron) came out, assessed, offered an initial bid. MATCHED the first bid, and once the work began it was as if they were taking care of their own house. While there was a lot of work it was organized and clean communication to me as the homeowner was top notch and I knew what was going on during each phase of the project. Once the job was completed and after it was known that some of my grass would be destroyed on the lawn the grass was replaced he team came back after the job was completed and after I had left town to ensure that the new grass was watered. I would recommend this team to anyone!

They came out to unplug a toilet and then we asked them to look at leak in the shower. The shower is still leaking and when we turned on the shower, it didn't work. They did come out on a Saturday to make the shower work, but it should've been done right the first time.

Highly Recommended ... I had a plumbing emergency, so in the process called three plumbers. Bluefrog was the first to respond and commit to the project. The plumber was dispatched timely, and I got notifications as to the name and time of his arrival (both email and phone call). He stayed and completed the job in the same day (extending well into the evening). I was very pleased with the process, his professionalism, and his correspondence. I will say their prices were higher than expected, but I think the customer service and professionalism compensated for the higher charges. I would use them again, although I hope it is not related to another plumbing emergency.

Definitely one of the best plumbing companies in Houston. I’ve dealt with over 10 Plumbing companies and this is by far the best. I would NOT use them for simple plumbing jobs if you have a handyman but definitely for everything else . Better to pay an extra 50 bucks and get your work done right. Extremely efficient employees that get it right the first time.

Today was my first time using Mission AC. Joel showed up surprisingly fast after I called the company! He was very professional and courteous! Everything that needed to be done was explained before hand, including pricing. I couldn’t be happier with the service! I will be calling in the near future to sign up for the annual maintenance plan!!!!

We have now used Turbo Home Services twice for one of our rental properties to repair and ultimately replace the home furnace. They offered a competitive quote and were quick to respond. They also communicated well throughout the entire process. Their efficiency on completing the job was also well received as the tenant would have been without heat with freezing temperatures expected a few days later. Would recommend them and intend to use them again.

On 5/24, Roger came to check my A/C unit. When he comes in my house he is looking around (looking at the things in my house) instead of looking at me to greet me. He accessed my A/C unit from standing on the stairs of my attic. Instead of giving me quote to fix my unit. He tells me repeatingly, I need a new unit and it's $5000. I then ask him what is it gonna cost to get my a/c working and he repeats $5000. I expressed that I could not afford $5K. Then he informs me One Call A/C has financing. I express again that price is too high and he says I can buy a refurbished unit for $1400. I repeatly ask the guy what can I do to get my A/C running and he is repeating telling me I need a NEW A/C UNIT. So he charges me $47.50 and leaves. I called EZ Comforts A/C company that replaces my fan motors the next day. Witthin 30 mins i can feel my house get cooler. I DONT KNOW IF HE ROGER DOES THIS TO SINGLE FEMALES. I JUST FELT THAT WAY.

I just completed a transaction with Pickett Plumbing where they had to come onsite to remediate a plumbing problem. From the time I called until the problem was solved this team was top notch. Bud was the plumber who actually performed the repairs. He was very thorough and diagnosed my problem quickly. The repairs were explained very well and the completed quickly. Bud left the area very clean and took plenty of time to make sure I knew how to keep it from happening again. I will call Pickett Plumbing every time I need help in the future.

TRASH all these bad reviews are right, these workers do half a$$ jobs and leave midway through the work and say they have to come back just to get paid again! never ever will use this company again. SCAMMERS
