Great service, I received a short bio of the tech with his picture so I knew who was coming. Also received a phone number with confirmed appointment to call with any questions. The Tech did a through job and explained the problems he found as well as checked other drains and advised solutions to existing problems. Little more in cost than I expected, but worth the service I received. I will definitely use again.

Will from Nick's Plumbing came out as promised and repaired an issue that I'm been having : And told me there would be no charge
because the issue was on their end; WOW! The theme they treat you like family is no lie!

The plumber did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond what was expected. He was very professional and courteous. We will use GEI in the future !

We had a clogged drain in the same spot for the second time in 3 years. Texas quality plumbing fixed the problem for us for $190 a few years ago. Since the price was reasonable and they were able to complete the first time, I decided to give them the business again. Same fix this time and they charged us $385...hard to believe that they can do business like this in a tough Houston economy. Important to note that they fixed our clogged drain but I'll be doing business with another company next time.

I have used Mission AC in the past and they have met my expectations, but this time it was a serious disappointment. This spring I even payed for their spring maintenance and service warranty with the hope of avoiding any costly repairs this summer, but instead I received poor service at a high cost. When my AC went out I called to request a service tech and asked if the cost would be covered under my summer warranty, of course it wasn’t and no one at Mission could give me an explanation as to why it wasn’t covered. The day of the service the cost was $305.00 for replacing the capacitor, the tech was done and gone shortly after giving me the quote and making the repairs, not bothering to make sure the AC was actually working. That same day I called to inform them the AC was still not working, but they couldn’t make it back until the next morning. At that time I was given another bill for $441.00 this time for a fan motor replacement, while refusing to credit me for the failed work that had been done the day before. It appears Mission AC and Plumbing has decided to pursue growth at the cost of customer service. As for myself I will be contacting another service company the next time my AC is in need of repairs.

I came home from work directly to prepare coffee as I usually do in the mornings when I get up late but it turns out that the pipe in my house was damaged, I had no choice but to call the turbo because they have a 24-hour plumbing service to come do the check, they found the damage immediately. I’m very grateful with turbo 100% recommended ??

Great customer service and work. Seem a bit high in price but it’s been awhile since I’ve had a toilet replaced. In the end I’m hoping you get what you pay for and they did a good job which is the most important thing to me.
