VIP Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair. The office staff was extremely friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They actually called me back when they said they would! The technicians that came to my home were equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repair that I needed was outside and it was raining. The technicians worked diligently over a period of days to get the repair done despite the weather. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for VIP Plumbing because I had such a positive experience with them. I will recommend this company to anyone that I know who needs a plumber and I will definitely not hesitate to contact them should I need their services in the future.

Due to the Winter Storm it was impossible to find a plumber to fix broken pipes, let alone broken copper pipes. Our house was supposed to sell on Friday Feb 19,2021 but due to the leaks we had to postpone it until Monday. Luckily, I was able to get in contact with Ruben and I sent him my address and videos of the problem and he said that would do it since he had the parts. I’m so grateful for him and his team that came and took care of the the 4 pipes that had leaks. They ended up using a new type of pipe that doesn’t burst. I would highly recommend booking with him and I will for sure have his number saved for any future plumbing needs. Great customer services and super customer oriented.

He upgraded our pipe to a better quality pipe, mount and spigot and didn't upcharge me. I gave him some mint from our garden. :)
