They tech who showed up isn't helpful at all in explaining what's the solution for the issue we are having. We did the most of the talking to query information from him. He just took pictures and sent us the quotes. High price quoted for a small job and we will have to shop around for better price now. Trip charge in our context is waste of money with out finding any solution.

When he showed up he was prepared for the job at hand and did it quickly with quality workmanship. Great service overall. I normally am very sceptical of online reviews but in this case from my experience they were accurate. Will refer GEI Plumbing for future work.

When I made an appointment for plumbing service, the receptionist called me to keep me informed about when I should expect service. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and professional as was his assistant. They completed the work, which was to change a cartridge in my whole house filter. He charged me a fair price. What a terrific plumbing service. I had a broken toilet which would not flush properly. They arrived and were able to fix the problem quickly and didn't even charge me! However, the problem was that the mechanism was simply degraded and it was just a matter of time before the toilet had to be replaced entirely. And of course - when the time came I had them come do it. They were fast, responsive, collaborative, and did a perfect job. The price was very reasonable. They even helped me pick a reliable but low cost new toilet. I would hire anytime and recommend to a friend or family member.

Ulices came to install our rainforest shower head. He was really knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Our shower looks amazing now with the shower head installed.

Plummer came out to fix faucet..now when y turn shower ? ff the shower still runs. It doesn't turn off like it should once water off. Not a good job at all

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

We got on their waitlist after the big freeze last week. They were in the nroghborhood working on another house and came and fixed our broken pipe this morning. Quick and professional. Our regular plumber wasn't available for more than two weeks. I think we have a new regular plumber.

Had a pipe pop like so many I'm sure from this freeze. Chris had been working all day but squeezed us in as his last call this evening. I've used him for many repairs in the past from sprinklers to leaks and he always does a great job. Plus he's a Bellaire guy and I love supporting somebody local.
