I am glad I got a second estimate from another company that was almost 1/3 of what Cooper asked for my job. I regret paying them the $49.99 fee for coming over.

Rex was very polite and professional during both appointments. His first visit he completed plumbing work in both my bathrooms. He did an awesome job! His second visit two weeks later he installed a new hotwater heater. Again he was very polite and professional. He was mindful of his time and finished both jobs in a very reasonable time frame. I will call Wedgeworth Plumbing and ask for Rex the next time I need a plumber.

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.Thanks a ton Eric I’ll recommend yall to anyone. Cheers!

These guys are wonderful. Trustworthy, timely, very fair. We needed a Christmas Eve miracle and these guys delivered. What a terrific plumbing service. I had a broken toilet which would not flush properly. They arrived and were able to fix the problem quickly and didn't even charge me! However, the problem was that the mechanism was simply degraded and it was just a matter of time before the toilet had to be replaced entirely. And of course - when the time came I had them come do it. They were fast, responsive, collaborative, and did a perfect job. The price was very reasonable. They even helped me pick a reliable but low cost new toilet. I would hire anytime and recommend to a friend or family member.

They did a great job identifying the problem, a bad mother board in tankless heater. He showed how to install a new one, which is quite simple. He was very informative and helpful. Would use them again

Upon coming home I noticed that my we had a water spot in our ceiling . Went into the attic and saw the water coming from the water heat. Called Abacus , and they sent a representative over within an hour. Jonathan arrived sooner than expected inspected the area and went over the repair and recommendations thoroughly to my wife and I. Jonathan, wad prompt, professional and extremely thoroughly.

Houston Plumbing Service replaced the PVC line in my garage with PEX. I am pleased with the work they did.

Ian and Steven responded to several concerns in my home. They repaired my garbage disposal in minutes. I was most impressed with their repair of an outdoor leak which involved the breakage of pvc pipe at a joint underneath the street sidewalk. Under most circumstances, this repair would have required destruction and reconstruction of the sidewalk over the leak. I asked Ian and Steven if they could possibly perform the repair without removal of sidewalk. Without hesitation, they took the time to dig 1.5 feet under the sidewalk to make the repair. I am extremely satisfied and appreciate their pleasant and helpful (and understanding) response to my request. I highly recommend Ian, Steven, and David Hicks Plumbing.

They were very professional and were knowledgeable about what I needed done. Within a few minutes everything was fixed.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. Last Thursday I had another company come look at my hot water heater. It was discovered that it needed to be replaced. The other company quoted me at $3500, which I found to be absurd. Unfortunately, I was going out of town on Monday and didn't want to let it go until I got back.I called a few other companies that were able to come out and give me a quote the next day but wouldn't guarantee they could fix it. I called BHS and was able to not only obtain a quote over the phone but was told she could have the guys load up the new hot water heater Friday morning and do the install that afternoon. And for WAY less, on top of it.Friday came and I was called to let me know they were on their way. Kelly and Kirk/Kurt (not sure which is correct... sorry) showed up and knocked it out. They were both very professional. Kelly went over some basics with me after install. They definitely deserve all of the positive reviews they've gotten and will be the first company I'll call in the future.
