I have used cooper plumbing and one thing that I really like besides the fact that our last name is the same, is that Jeremiah was very professional when helping us. He told us exactly what was going on with our pipe lines . I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for good work and somebody who will fix anything without messing up your pipe lines .

Called Sunday to make an appointment for Monday. We told them over the phone what the problem was. They gave us an appointment window from 10a-2p... never showed up. Dispatch called back a little after 2 saying one of his plumbers was finally free and he would be here in 20 mins...he finally showed up and he couldn’t even find our clean out (didn’t even try)...he gave us prices on what he could do (he had to call another guy) because it turned out he didn’t have the equipment to fix it...the other plumber couldn’t come out until after 4p... what a waste of a day. First plumber was trying to charge 500 just to remove the toilet and snake even though we told him we had 2 plumbers come and snake it already. We choose this company because of its great reviews but our experience was not a good one.

Service was to install gas line for whole home generator. They were always on the job when promised, provided excellent service, and a nice clean job.

Vlad was very kind and knowledgeable. He replaced my Fire /CO alarm. He also explained I needed to blow out dust on the alarms. Also to test them periodically.
The only downfall was not in regards to the tech but the cost. Yikes! Thankfully I only needed to swap out 1 and not 5.

Did not show up on time, plumbers did not understand how a loop system works. Told me would be an additional day to make repair due to there inexperienced technicians.

We have used this company several times and are very pleased with the service. They come out quickly and always call before arriving. The prices are reasonable and I feel they are honest and fair. We plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing work!

I had to replace cartridge in my Moen faucet (bathroom)
Plumber solved my problem quickly but created another more complicated problem like water hummer. If you would like to fix your plumbing issues without bad consequences try another company.

This company is VERY unprofessional!!! Emergency call that was scheduled. They couldn't find the store in the Galleria Houston so the tech just left!!! Called the owner to tell her the store manager would meet her tech wherever he was and she just hung up on us!!!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!
