Luis did an excellent job. He was professional, respectful and arrived ready to evaluate my leaking situation. He was thorough in assessing the situation. He described the problem clearly and explained the options.He did not have the proper equipment at the time but returned the next day and completed the job. I have not had any problems with the tub facet leaking since.I plan to call Nick's Pluming again for another situation in my kitchen. I believe they were honest and fairly priced for the work done.

After the surprise winter storm the main pipe busted in 6 areas and flooded the house. They came out the day scheduled and repaired the pipe and verified there were no additional leaks/breaks.Thank you all SO MUCH for coming so quickly and resolving the repair needed the same day so we can move forward with getting the house back to normal.If you want honest quality work call them!

Josh Laws did an amazing job today when he had came out to check out our pipes with a camera and was extremely friendly and overall a great interaction, at the moment we need a bit of time to decide but we definitely will reach out to him directly about this whole situation. Needed complete new pipe installation.Didn't have a regular plumbing service provider. Looked up plumbers in my area.First on the list Pilix Plumbing (5 Star Rating). Called in and got Jose who took my information and said someone would be there the next day to give me a quote.Long story short Jose, Brian, and companydid installation plus fixed my kitchen sink and I was totally blown away by the professional caliber of service. Got complete explanation of service rendered, costs, logistics, and recommendations.Don't look any further PILIX Plumbing has your best interests covered. 5+ Star Rating.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

These guys were fast professional and reasonably priced. Another more well known place wanted to do a much bigger and more expensive repair but we got a second opinion from Best Rates and they suggested a limited repair that totally fixed the problem for about 25% of the cost. I would recommend them without reservation.
