My experience with, Wedgeworth plumbing and TJ and Chris which are plumbers for Wedgeworth was great. TJ and Chris removed my old water heater and installed a new electric water heater with a stop flood, water cut-off sensor. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The crew was on site promptly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The contract was to clear blocked french drains and clean the area. It was all done professionally. Pricing was slightly higher than others but it was worth it.

The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone and the one that actually came to our house were both very polite and knowledgeable. They were able to come out the same day but were flexible to schedule for the next day as well. Weren't pushy about adding on work that didn't actually need to be done, just what was needed to rectify our issue. Pricing is fair for the services rendered. Overall, a very positive experience and I will be contacting them again in future.

Jose is the Best Plumber! I’ve found my ‘forever’ Plumber. I had a very clogged bathroom sink that would hold standing water for over an hour. I called Pilix Plumbing and he was able to come over the same day. We had to remove all the pipes under the sink as it was clogged deep in the pipes. Jose had to use two different Machines as the clog was so bad. He also replaced my pipes under the sink and everything is in perfect working order. His prices are reasonable and he’s also very professional and kind.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

These guys were fast professional and reasonably priced. Another more well known place wanted to do a much bigger and more expensive repair but we got a second opinion from Best Rates and they suggested a limited repair that totally fixed the problem for about 25% of the cost. I would recommend them without reservation.
