They performed a total house re-pipe and I am so absolutely impressed with David and DJ, they were kind, they were on time, they were fair, they were knowledgable and professional. I had no worries. I could even leave the house gave them the key knowing full well that they are taking care of things. They worked so hard to get my house (with a very narrow and impossible attic) done, they didn't cut corners, and they explained every question that I had, making sure it was done right. I am going to recommend them to my entire family, and friends because they did such an excellent job for me and I rarely write reveiws. I recommend them highly, way beyond 5 stars

After the surprise winter storm the main pipe busted in 6 areas and flooded the house. They came out the day scheduled and repaired the pipe and verified there were no additional leaks/breaks.Thank you all SO MUCH for coming so quickly and resolving the repair needed the same day so we can move forward with getting the house back to normal.If you want honest quality work call them!

I called about no cold water coming out of my shower. I asked how much they would charge to fix and lady on phone said someone would have to come look at the problem, but no charge for an estimate. So 2 workers came and were at my house maybe 6 minutes and said we fixed it. I was not told how much it would cost before they fixed it. $150.00 for diagnostic fee. No charge for estimate.

Lindell came in my house after fail attempt by 2 previous plumbers from my insurance company to fix a leak and did an excellent job. My wife and I was very very pleased with Lindell knowledge and professionalism, not only will I be using him again I will certainly recommend him to friends and family.

Let me share my experience of them.My work life requires that I live in an Austin apartment part time. I've got a rental home in Houston. In October, 2015 my tenants had barely moved in to a very well kept home. Suddenly the plumbing stopped working which made the home unlivable. They notified me promptly up in Austin.After a few brief phone calls between myself and my tenant I decided to call One Call to diagnose the difficulty as well as offer an estimate of the repairs. It was going to be several days before I could drive to Houston.The plumber in the field, who had excellent communication skills, talked with me via phone every day while I was up in Austin. The staff in the office was eager to send emails as progress was being made to repair the plumbing issues.Upon my arrival in Houston, The One Call plumber informed me that the City had to come out to inspect the repairs made by the One Call employees. Every bit of old plumbing from the home to the property line was completely replaced.The trenches were precisely dug and the new plumbing lines carefully laid and connected seamless, one to another. I was utterly amazed by the attention to detail! Needless to say, their work passed inspection!My tenants were extremely happy to live in their home once again with the brand new plumbing that took about a week to install.
