Love Wedgeworth Plumbing. We’ve been using them for almost 5 years and have been pleased with their work every time. We always request Rex because he’s honest and experienced. Very professional James took the time and explained everything to us, answered all are questions that we had. They installed a clean out in the backyard coming back to do more work.

Don't know where to even start. Im a 65 y o Vet and cancer patient for 7 years. Lost my voice to throat cancer and can't even use a phone. My Kitchen sink backed up and had a friend call a Plumber for me, Thank God he choose Roto-Rooter to call. They sent a guy out and come to find out there was a garden hose stuck in the pipe on the sink drain/trap that had been left there. I was told they would have to tunnel under the slab to remove it and would range from $2500 o $3500 depending on how far they had to tunnel to reach it. They sent Ryan Mauldin the camera tech out and couldn't get a camera in it with the hose in it so the only option was to dig it out. I told him i only had 6 months of life left and could not afford it. He went and set in his truck on the phone to the office and came back and told me because of my medical problems and not much time left that they would have a crew dig it up and take care of if i could just pay the guys digging for there labor. He sent Daniel and Jose out to dig it up and as usual run into one thing after another, 3' thick slab , tree roots , half the pipe buried in concrete , these two men have spent a day and a half laying in a dirt hole upside down and never complained once. Im at a lost for words, all i can say is this Old Vet thinks you guys are a 1st Class Act to help someone like me out of a bad spot. 110% Customer Service at it's Finest. We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

It appeared to me that his main focus was to please the insurance company to get more business. The technician perhaps had a misunderstanding but based on his misreporting the insurance declined our claim.We had a leak under the kitchen sink, the technician asked if we tried to fix ourselves. My wife responded that my husband had a look but not sure what he did. The technician reported to the insurance company that owners missed a rubber seal while trying to fix the problem themselves. Whereas the fact is that we have never opened or did anything with the plumbing since the house was bought. The insurance company (American Home Shield, stay away) then called us to inform that our claim was denied because we tempered with the original plumbing.Hate to write this but it went so obviously wrong that I could not stop. He may be a good technician if the insurance is not involved; good luck.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Technician came out to check our ac unit. We explained to him what we needed done to get it fixed we just wanted a quote for the job. The technician went ahead and checked without even adviceing us he was going to charge us $100 after words for doing us this service. The tech started talking outrageous quotes( $3,000 up to $6,000). Not happy with this company they don't inform the customer on hidden fees, and they really up charge on their services

I originally called because the line connecting to my HVAC condensation drain was clogged. Houston Plumbing Services came out the same day, got it unclogged, flushed my water heater, and replaced a broken master valve. The job took longer than expected due to the necessary extra work, but the guys stayed until the work was complete. Quality work at a fair price. Thanks!

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.

Hands down best plumbing company in town! Spoke with Angela , she was helpful, sweet, honest but above all considerate and listened to our plumbing problem, though was not an ER situation made time to get our plumbing fixed same day! If you want honest help, and great work look no further!!! Thank you Angela , we will refer everyone we know that need plumbing help!!

I am very impressed with the services of one call plumbing. Today they came over to install my water heater and MArk, Bobby & Chad did a very very thorough job explaining to me the importance of the water heater. Mark you are a true professional!!! Overall a good experience. They didn't have the parts, so they had to return about six days later. (I wasn't really surprised they didn't have the parts, so I'm not faulting them for this.) This was through Sears Home warranty, so I just had to pay for the service call. Village Plumbing wanted $2500 to repair my tub and shower, so I saved quite a bit going through Sears. The Kintex plumber was very polite and respectful.
