Came more quickly than promised, were quick to find problem, didn't pressure me into more expensive repairs. Did advise that more expensive repairs were more likely to fix problem. Final invoice was for quoted price.Only downside was that they told me it would take them 30 minutes to return with parts, but it took them 2 h. Not ideal.Generally, a very good experience, and I would happily use their services again.

Because of consistent unreliability, I gave up on traditional water heaters and switched to the tankless system. BLUE FROG and Alton Campbell were exceptionally responsive, on time, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Could not ask for a better experience and the price was more than competitive. They were on time, below budget, and everything works perfectly.

When I made an appointment for plumbing service, the receptionist called me to keep me informed about when I should expect service. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and professional as was his assistant. They completed the work, which was to change a cartridge in my whole house filter. He charged me a fair price. I would recommend this company

Aberle was great to work with! I was freaking out about a potential leak in my bathroom, and they were able to come out quickly to check the issue and provide a free estimate. They were really thorough analyzing the situation as well to make sure they diagnosed the problem correctly. Mario Jr. made sure to answer all my questions and concerns and provided additional solutions for all the hypothetical scenarios I kept thinking of, which I really appreciated because I was stressing a lot before speaking to him. Aberle charged a reasonable price for the job, and it was about half the rate other plumbers in the area quoted me (and a lot of those people didn't even take the time to see my issue!). I'm really grateful for the service Aberle provided!Tip: If you need an invoice receipt, ask for it during your payment. Otherwise you can call the secretary and ask for it later, but there might be some delays.

We had a significant leak at the water meter, and they were at our house in two hours from the time I called. The communication was excellent all the way through the process, and they were thorough, conscientious, and charged a fair price for the work.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Sebastian with Abacus plumbing is amazing! He performed a faucet installation and replaced our washing machine bib. He was prompt, professional, kind and courteous. We are very pleased with both Abacus and especially Sebastian!

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

I called Turbo Home Services on Sunday morning, and I had a technician out by 3pm that afternoon. I was given a window of arrival between 1-4pm, and I received a call from Jay at 2pm saying he was about 45mins away from my home. He was professional and friendly when he called to tell me he was on his way. He arrived a little less than 45 minutes later. When he arrived, e had a smile on his face, was patient with my dog and accommodating to me whileTaking care of my son. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and had the problem w my AC and had it fixed in about an hour. He explained the work he did, offered to walk me through his work he performed (I declined), and he explained the charges. I am pleased with the service I received and happy w Jay’s professionalism. I will use Turbo again.

VIP Plumbing did a wonderful job of repairing our kitchen faucet. They got someone out very quickly, walked me through the issue and my options and pricing (which seemed very reasonable), and did great work with the actual repair. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation.Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us.Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.
