I feel for the price the company charges, they should have used equipment that made less less, used a shop vac to not let so much dust in my house or clean up after themselves. Also for the price for services maybe should include some patch work of the areas accessed.

Absolutely abhorrent company to work with.My AC went out and I need an honest and quick company. Abacus was quick however they are absolutely dishonest. I know my system is a little old and needs replacement however instead of fixing the simple capacitor that my compressor needed to get me up and running they decided to lie to me by telling me my compressor is bad and I would have to replace my system right now. The gentleman that came was adamant about me signing the contract right then and there. However because I had not had anyone else look at the system I decided to wait and get a second opinion. A small company came by and replaced my capacitor and got my ac to work and advised me to replace the system and gave me a quote which was $5000 cheaper than abacus. If this company comes to your house and gives you a quote on anything; you better believe they are lying to you and are charging more than anyone else. Get someone else to look at your system.

We have used Turbo Home services twice before in the past and after getting an outrageous quote from others for a few inside faucet installations and repair to outdoor faucet we decided to call them for quotes again. They got back to me super quick and the technician Justin that came out was really polite, knowledgeable and prompt. I showed him all our projects we were wanting done and even fixed one on the spot and told me how to fix it if it happened again! So nice! Can’t wait to have them out and do business with them again. The technician Marvin, that came to my home, stated out his own mouth, that he did not have HVAC license. The manager called me asking, what can he do for me to remove the 1 star rating. After reading his review of what lm stating is untrue, l am not removing a DAMN thing! I am posting this to let other consumers know. It's up to them, if they wish to do business with you. I didn't simply because of your ridiculous quote and pricing of which you admitted to as well.So there!

Larry came out to give me an estimate on a new A/C unit. He was very professional and friendly. Larry answered my questions and explained things that I could easily understand.

Came to clean out sewer line charged $1,000.00. Damaged floor in bathroom, Toilet now leaks around base, told me needed to replace clean out for tub and that is also leaking and 3 days later sewer line is back up again and will not return email nor phone calls. This cost me $1,000 dollars to get a damage floor leaky toilet and leaky tub and the problem never fixed and unable to talk to anybody

I have used this plumber service multiple times, and each time they have exceeded my expectations. They are prompt, reliable, and always do an outstanding job. I highly recommend their services.

I’ll preface this by saying, I was not actually able to get work completed by this company despite multiple attempts. Their workmanship may be excellent- I cannot rate them on that. My review is based on my experience trying to get a technician to my house and communicating with the company. I welcome a response if I have misrepresented anything.I contacted Turbo because I needed both a plumber and an electrician to install a new garbage disposal (current one is hard wired, new one requires an outlet). When I called I confirmed that they could do both at the same time. I then paid an up-front $89 service fee just to schedule (red flag, I know). Scheduled for the following Thursday (Jan 26) arrival between 10am and 1pm. They then asked for pictures of the work which I was happy to send and even agreed to have a technician call me to give me a rough verbal estimate. All fine. I stayed home from work on Thursday and when I had no calls and no one at my house after 1pm I called the office. They were apologetic, running behind, etc. In the process of rescheduling, they became concerned about the job and the garbage disposal I had to install - apparently they did not review the job description or the photos I sent. I appreciate the due diligence, but we were talking about this after I expected the job to be completed. They then asked me to text pictures and further information about the job which I did immediately to radio silence.I waited until the following Monday (Jan 30) and followed up - I actually was interested in simplifying the job, doing what they suggested, etc. I asked to give me a call. At 9am “Yes, I’m in a meeting, will call you after.” It’s 8:30pm and I haven’t heard anything. I called at 5pm to request my service fee be refunded which I understand takes a few days to process.In the back of my mind a tiny piece of me wonders if this is a scam? But it seems so elaborate for just $89. The no call/no show, promising to communicate and not, up front payment, etc. just feels fishy.Again, I welcome the company’s response if I have misrepresented what happened. I, unfortunately, cannot provide a review on their work. This was a frustrating process for me as I work full-time and have two small children and was just trying to get something fixed.

We are so thankful that he fixed the problem the same day because with this Texas heat we can’t go a day w/o the air conditioner! Ethan is an excellent technician. He goes above and beyond to identify the problem and will not leave the house until he figures a solution. We’ve had other technicians come in only to say that nothing could be done or that was not anything they normally do. But not Ethan - he will fix an issue, no matter how complicated or unorthodox it is. He is very courteous, always explains things in understandable layman’s terms and takes initiative to recommend improvements. We feel comfortable calling him with any questions or concerns and trust his recommendations. Ethan is definitely our top choice for all our HVAC needs. He is a great asset for Airtech.
