I would like to say THANK YOU to Air Tech of Houston. My a/c had went out and I got it checked out. I was given a quote and I tried all my options to get it repaired. I had no solution and had accepted my fate, just use fans with this heat. I felt bad for my daughters. Air Tech of Houston came to the rescue. They called me Friday morning to let me know that they were going to replace the part and that they were going to fix it free of charge. That it was a Mother’s Day gifts. I was at work in shock, speechless and crying from joy. The part was replaced, I never knew how much time goes into a/c repair. I was outside with the repair man the whole time. He finished the work outside then came inside to check the air vents and make sure the temperature was cooling in the whole house. He paid attention to detail and I could see his passion and pride in his work. Each interaction that I had, I was treated with respect and kindness. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure to check in every step of the way. The follow up calls kept me informed. Air Tech of Houston truly care about their customers. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend Air Tech of Houston to family and friends.

I had a great experience with Air Tech of Houston, from the time I called in to the repair. My tenant called me Christmas Eve morning that a pipe in the ceiling burst. Fortunately, he was home and immediately turned the water off to prevent further damage.I had spoken to another company who initially said they were on the way. After a few hours of them not calling or showing up, I called them back and someone else said I wasn't scheduled.My daughter then called Air Tech of Houston and spoke with Angelica. She was an angel. Although, she was working on a holiday weekend and inundated with calls because of the freeze, she was extremely helpful and pleasant. She was able to schedule a Tech to come Christmas morning.Harvey came out Christmas Day around 8am, and promptly identified and repaired the problem. Having two great employees like Angelica and Harvey left a great impression on me of your company. I would absolutely use Air Tech of Houston's services for future plumbing needs. Thanks again for resolving my problem quickly on a holiday weekend! That impressed me more than anything.

Rory was great! I had to call in the late afternoon on a Friday and he was able to fit me in within an hour and a half. I needed a new a/c unit and he was able to talk me through the options, prices, and financing as well as schedule the install for the next day. Buying a new unit is never fun but he made the experience really smooth and painless.

Their technicians take time to explain what they're doing and recommend needed service, replacement, etc.Today's tech, Kevin was exceptionally professional, dealing with my rowdy dogs with a friendly smile. Alyssa helped me out with quick responses she had great customer service and she informed me on my appointment she also let me know when the maintenance guy was close to my house. She was so patient with me because I had alot of questions and I appreciate it. She was able to answer all my questions I had and the scheduling was perfect. Have used them 4 times now. Twice for repairs and twice for maintenance. They have never left my house without telling me I needed at least $250 worth of repairs. One quote was $500. I got a second quote for the same work done for $150. Last visit the tech spent 10 minutes looking at my system and 15 minutes writing up a bid to replace a 4 ton unit for $22,000-$30,000. They hire salesman not hvac techs.

Chris was very professional, and knowledgeable in his job, explained every thing he was doing and making sure the system was working properly, one thing he noticed as soon as he opened the cover was that we have a two stage heating system and it's wired incorrectly only to run on high stage, he corrected that right away. He also set out t-stat to auto change over, which I didn't know we had. Over all had a good experience. I would request him again for my next maintenance.

We have used this company for our AC over 20 years. And we just started using them for plumbing recently. Over the years, they always have proven to be very responsive and extremely professional. We can often get service the same day or the very next day. They have put in two units for us over the years, and keep them in good shape with our annual maintenance plan. They respect our property and answer all of our questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. In terms of plumbing, we just had service by Jose their plumber and he could not have been more professional in accommodating. He drained our hot water heater and even brought extra hoses so we could use the extra water in our garden. He thinks of everything!

From the very beginning, Airtech provided excellent customer service and exceptional professionalism. My experience with the receptionist,Angelica, was pleasant and Asif, the technician, was so knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave me a warming blanket for my outdoor water system when I told him that I didn't own one.

Efrain Campuzano, was excellent and very efficient in his work. He showed up to our home promptly and got to work identifying the issue and reporting back to us exactly what was needed. He left to gather the appropriate parts and returned within the hour to complete the job. Great employee and a even better person.

We had an awesome experience with all team members involved in the complete installation of a new AC unit and furnace. I had an emergency with my AC not working, and Air Tech of Houston was amazing in getting me scheduled promptly. They sent Efrain C. to diagnose what was wrong with my unit since it was not cooling. Efrain made sure to call me to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived on time. When he came inside my home, he put his shoe covers on and was very respectful. He explained what he was going to do and then went out to check the unit. He was very thorough. I am extremely happy with their services and how professional Efrain was when explaining what was wrong. I had a ton of questions, and he didn't seem the least bit bothered by them at all. He ended up taking care of the issue and was able to get my ac up and cooling again.I was very pleased and will recommend this company to my family and friends.

Had a busted pipe on Christmas Eve. From the first call till Daniel left my home I am beyond pleased. He showed up on time Christmas morning at 8:30, leaving his wife and children at home. His estimate of the damage and the cost were accurate. He kept us informed the entire job for 3 Hours. He was informative, polite, and very kind. He cleaned up after himself and left the area cleaner than he found it. Great young man and I hate that he had to work on Christmas Day. That’s a great family scrafice for others. My system stopped working. And with a new born baby this was really hard for our family. Called Air tech and the technician showed up in a timely manner. The technician Kevin Bolden was very respectful and polite. He explained the problem in layman’s term. Got our system up and running in no time. My heating system went out in an unprecedented cold snap in Houston, TX. Joseph was out immediately and diagnosed the issue. His installation team was back that afternoon installing a new HVAC system in my home. Their care, concern, first class workmanship and follow up are rare these days. Two employees arrived at different times, one to inspect and clean the AC pan drain line and another to evaluate re-routing the line and provide a cost estimate. Both were professional and arrived when expected.Later, the second employee returned to install the re-routed drain line. He performed the work well in a timely fashion and kept me informed on as the project proceeded.

The staff at Air Tech are all so amazing. Every aspect from scheduling, response time, updates on arrival times are a breeze. Every staff member is attentive to your concerns and are always able to assist in emergencies.Jay is an incredible Tech. Jay takes the time not to just explain what is wrong but makes sure you understand the situation. If you have questions, Jay really takes that extra time to make sure you understand by showing you how the mechanics work, what is wrong/broken and a solution to is problem.I always know that when Jay walks away I have a clear understanding of what is needed to repair the systems.Air Tech always follows up which is great you don’t find this type of service much anymore.

Travis came out and evaluated our pipes and water heater, he gave his honest opinion and recommendations. He cleaned out our clogged pipes for a reasonable price, we will use this business and ask for Travis again in the future. Travis is very professional and personal. 10/10 would recommend.

Technician Daniel Duque did a great job getting us our water back. He was very determined to thaw our waterline and thankfully accomplished his goal, Christmas was saved!

Tankless water heater inspection. Travis ran some tests and asked some questions about the system performance. He determined that the unit was working properly, saving us a lot in unnecessary repairs. Great experience. I appreciated their professionalism and patience with my many questions.

Honestly, I was scared of contacting any HVAC company because my AC hasn't been working in years. But I was directed here, and Charles Elliot was a great help! Harvey was a very pleasant young man and was willing to work with us. Maintenance on the tankless water heater and repair of a leaking gas line was done in good time. It was a little more expensive than I had expected. I have not yet received a receipt listing the services received.

This company has horrible business practices ever since they were sold a few years ago. Technicians try to upsale you work that is not needed, which for me included $40k of new AC systems when two other reputable companies said no work is needed. Their advertising is confusing, and their communication tactics are confusing, and meant to upsale to an Owner. I will never use this company again.

Today, Vinh an Air Tech technician came to service our air & heating system.Both my husband and I are elated with his service call. 5 Star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Vinh first contacted us to let us know when he was arriving, a detail both my husband and I appreciate. He immediately went to work after talking with us to find out what was causing us a problem.He promptly figured out the source of our problem, animals had chewed the outside wiring preventing the system to communicate with the smart system.Our home is 30 years old, everything has a life span. We were so grateful for Vinh going up in our attic checking in the inside unit then proceeding outside to check the outside equipment.He quickly saw the problem took pictures to show us and replaced the wiring. This company charged me for things that I not needed and their personnel is not well trained they do not what they are doing. The technician they sent after he could not do the repairs with parts my faucet did not need he lost some parts from my faucets, now I am really disappointed to tell you that this company is well trained to charge you with stuff you don’t need and to suggest you that you may need to change your faucets. When they did not even used the parts they say your faucet may need VERY BAD EXPERIENCE BECAREFUL!!!…

Air Tech has always been our HVAC repair company and now we are very happy that they are handling plumbing services also.

We have used this company for several years, first to service existing HVAC units at our home, and, when the time came, we replaced each unit. We have appreciated the professionalism of the technicians over the years and have *never* felt we were being pressured into unnecessary purchases or repairs. Today, Hector G was the technician: he was efficient and professional and a good communicator. He was able to diagnose the problem we were having, and we are now scheduled for the repair. We appreciated that we were able to get service on the day we needed it.

Christian Tinoco and his team did a very good job during the installation of new Hvac system. He explained the scope of work prior to and after completion walked me thru to assure the work and new equipment met expectations.

This is our first experience with a service agreement and after about a year we are very pleased with Air Tech and their technicians. Rory came out for our winter service and as usual was very prompt,responsive, courteous and professional.

Small issue that Jose easily identified and fixed! Damper issue, Came out same day, even earlier than originally schedule. Jose was professional and made all the appropriate recommendations.

They were fast and on time but left the roof in disrepair. Now in addition to paying for a water heater I have to pay for roof repairs! I certainly hope this company will do the right thing and help with the cost of the roof repair!

Was trying to find a company to fix one of my damper that is not working. Technician told me my outdated model is not worth it. Quoted me 33K to replace the unit on a 2400 sq ft townhouse. Ask if there is an option. He said nope and took my $89 diagnostic fee. Yup, I was conned.

Micah came and repaired the thermostat wiring. He identified the issue and the repair was made speedily.On another occasion, Vinh thoroughly examined the system to determine the problem, explained the situation, and provided a solution. He is very personable and trustworthy.

Micah arrived at the very top of the arrival window. Explained everything thoroughly, and walked us through all the options for our AC repair. Will continue being an Airtech customer for years to come.

Mario arrived on time, completed his maintenance and even offered to come back to help us install filters that were on back order at no charge. Very professional, friendly service.

Called them out for repair because my AC guy out of town and charge d 3 and 5 times the price of the part(cap)...replaced them and still did not fix problem. Told me needed freon....my AC guy showed up the next day and discovered just a fan motor issue..wow...waste of money on capacitors....$700 bill. 1 of the caps did not even look new.Update 5/23/2022....Company reached out to me to discuss what happened. GM/Owner should be commended for this and also for refunding the entire cost for that day. It's good to see an honest company nowadays. Inspection of water system by Travis Stark (valves, pipes & water heater). He did an EXCELLENT job, gave me multiple estimates & was patient with my (lack of) knowledge.

I called at 7:30 PM on Wednesday and spoke to two real people who took down my information and got me a next-day appointment. Our technician was Jay G and he was extremely knowledgeable about my unit and the issues we had. Very much appreciated working with him, he’s a good humored guy and would be happy to see him again.

Repair person arrived earlier that expected but called ahead to see if that was okay!! Checked out the system and got it running again but double checked that the issue was completely resolved. Turns out a little tweaking was necessary. Much better to work through everything rather than having to call for another appointment! Very glad to have A/C back on a day when temperatures will be in t try he early 80’s!!

My technician Micah was extremely professional and thorough. He changed the air filter and did a system check. He checked the amps on the motors, temperature diffs, co2 readings, etc. great work checking out heater before the winter!

Have to say called at 4pm, technician was here by 6pm and another technician drove over the parts to fix my control board. Considering the arctic blast and severe drop in temperature l, it was greatly appreciated. Also the technician stayed late to get it all fixed. Great job Asif.

Ethan is an excellent technician. He goes above and beyond to identify the problem and will not leave the house until he figures a solution. We’ve had other technicians come in only to say that nothing could be done or that was not anything they normally do. But not Ethan - he will fix an issue, no matter how complicated or unorthodox it is. He is very courteous, always explains things in understandable layman’s terms and takes initiative to recommend improvements. We feel comfortable calling him with any questions or concerns and trust his recommendations. Ethan is definitely our top choice for all our HVAC needs. He is a great asset for Airtech.

Received a quote from AirTech for HVAC replacement and Jay came out to assess the issue and offer a quote for a new system. I used Air Tech to provide and diagnostic test on my Heating unit. Not to say I will not use them but not immediately. Anthony was the tech, very knowledgeable, patient and answered and understood my questions.

He was to have shied up at both of my homes to do plumbing maintenance on my water heaters and other things. Now he what’s a review when he never showed up and never called. I received a message he was in my driveway. He wasn’t. When I called the main Houston number the lady that answered didn’t have a clue what happened.

Daniel from AirTech of Houston came out on a holiday to look at my plumbing problem, Fixed the issue and was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about his plumbing. For that I will continue to use and request Daniel.

Rory was asked to independently evaluate a 15-yo AC for possible leakage and to provide a quote for new installation if necessary. AirTech was responsive in scheduling, and Rory arrived on time and did fine work. Much approciated.

Tech came out told us it was a $15k repair to replace the entire unit because the system we used was obsolete. He gave us two options, pay that or be hot. He said that cost was industry price so unfortunately I signed to have this repair done. I then called around and multiple other repair companies told me that was way over priced and were polite enough to recommend many different options to replace my system. After following up with my tech he argued with me about how it was the best of the line and better than any other product out there and was so confident he asked me to look online. Which I did and what he said was not true at all. Because I signed to have this repair done with them I was forced to pay a $500 fee to cancel after only agreeing to it because I felt I had no other option but to be left in heat. I 100% feel that this company takes advantage of people and pressures them to sign into an agreement on the spot to force customers to not shop around. I was lead on and then gaslighted by this company.

Travis came out, found that my toilet flange was broken causing a leak from my toilet upstairs leaking to the downstairs also found that there was a leak in the connections once he did that I had him check my water heater and found that there was a leak in the water heater, and that it was not done up to code so they replaced it at a very good price and I’m very pleased with the service !!!

AirTech installed a complete HVAC system in my home. I was told at the time of my purchase that installation would take about four hours and that was the exact time it took. The workers were on time, quick, efficient, friendly, and courteous. I really appreciated the care they took. AirTech also arranged for repair of the waterstained ceiling. The repairman contacted me the same day and arranged for repair on the following day. The repair was excellent and fast and the paints were matched to perfection. I would definitely use AirTech for all of my HVAC needs.Update 2023: AC and heat still going strong and saving me money. Micah P came in to do the regular maintenance and did an excellent job. I could hear him discussing in detail the process and answering the questions of the new employee he was training. Five star service. This is a company you can trust.

We recently used Air Tech of Houston to replace our whole house system. Our HVAC was installed by the builder and was never adequate to cool both stories of our home. Air Tech was on site the next day with professionals who were willing to explain the details of this major repair job. They helped us get great financing options and we are delighted with our MUCH cooler, MUCH less allergen-ridden system.

Air Tech is a service oriented company. Starting with initial call to Air Tech and ending with installation everyone was courteous and knowledgeable of the work to be performed. They kept me informed of my options on choosing a product, payment options,, even had web based tracking system to monitor when one of their personnel was dispatched to my home. What I like most is everything about the company , on time service , understanding my needs, working with me to achieve desired results. Thank you for great service.

Air Tech maintained our previous system very well, and Michael helped us with selecting a new HVAC system for installation. There was a fast turnaround from order to install, and Michael and the installation team were friendly, on time, and amazing at their jobs.

I love Jeremy, the tech who performed our service, and he was very professional, but I'm not going to use this company again. I had a warranty job, labor only. It took Jeremy about 15 minutes to diagnose and repair my unit. The labor charge was almost $300 including the diagnostic fee. That's close to $1200 per hour for a simple repair. Air Tech robbed me. I'll use someone else next time and pay for parts. It will probably be cheaper, but even if it's not, I'll know that I'm not lining the pockets of Air Tech. Boo.

Did not inspect both units: Tech said he would email me info on my air conditioner performance but never did.Update: Airtech reached out to me to correct the problem and sent someone else out who was great. Used for plumbing response to outside spigot burst pipe in difficult location. Responded within 36 hrs including Xmas day. Water back on after a struggle but it was not an easy location, or I might have done it myself.????

Michael came out and helped us diagnose issues that we have been dealing with since we built the house that our original installer could not resolve. He is extremely knowledgeable about hvac, airflow, my exact system’s capabilities and drawbacks. I was super impressed and will recommend them to anyone in my neighborhood who will eventually ask. Ethan was very good, friendly, and respectful, and spent a lot of time making sure everything was functioning properly, as well as alerting us and taking photos of everything that could potentially be a problem, either around the corner or further down the road. Vinh Tran was our technician. He took time to explain what he was doing. We have a 2 stage unit and he discovered that the thermostat was not programmed correctly. So, he programmed it so our unit would use both stages. We really appreciate that. He also switched the direction the grill opens so the return air would flow more smoothly and more quietly.

I got an advertisement in the mail saying they can fix old AC units as opposed to replacing them. Then they had a fall special for a maintenance check up. This is my first house. I just purchased a house. I had no idea where anything is. I asked alot of questions to Kevin Bolden who was my rep. He was very patient with me. I wish they had a new house orientation where you pay like 100 dollars to show them where each unit is in the house and they label things for you so you know exactly what the problem is. I went up in the attic and Kevin checker everything out and walked me through the entire process how the AC works and the filters in the furnace. The only problem is that I wished I had scheduled a early part of the morning so they can try to fix it the same day or get parts. I had to take the day off for him because this was my first time and first house and wanted to know all the small details. Kevin used shoe covers when he went in my house.

Michael does a thorough evaluation of HVAC system design and provides solid recommendations. Fabio is a good leader of the install team. I was happy with my service, and I would recommend Air Tech of Houston to anyone who has a zoning system installed in their house.

Our technician Asif really went above and beyond when working on our heater. His attention to detail saved us the cost of some new parts and a lot of wasted time, great service!

Coil was out and they recommended we get a whole new system for $15, 850. ?

We did have issues with the initial installation of our new system, it seemed the install was rushed. When our a/c went out 5 days after install, the tech came out and discovered there were issues, not to mention the unit was not initially installed per our specs. After Air Tech reached out to us, they worked hard to ensure our satisfaction, going so far as re-installing the entire system and repairing the damage caused by the original installation. They kept their promise and their satisfaction guarantee from their commercial is real. Since this new system replaced one that was 21 years old, I’m curious to see the 30% reduction in the electric bill that they advertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Air Tech again after they’ve made good on their promises.

This was my first time with an AC service contract. I decided to go with it as AirTech as they were so responsive and thorough the first time I called them. Each time has been the same, including working with Mr. Tran today who took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciate the communication regarding timing and full explanation for whatever services are required. If the work is warranty-based AirTech honors that rather than trying to charge for unnecessary items. Masks and shoe covers without me asking for them is a bonus. Highly recommend this company

We had a mini split unit in our garage apartment stop working and Kevin came out and diagnosed the problem. Kevin was great and I would give him 5 stars. Our unit has to be replaced and so we asked for a quote to do a dual zone split unit for the apartment and the garage. The quote came in at over $13,000 which seems incredibly high considering you can purchase the unit for under $3,000. Needless to say we will not be using air tech to install a new system.
