My master bedroom was not cooling properly, and in this summer heat, sleeping was nearly unbearable. Abacus was the first company I called. They answered on the first call and said a technician would come out same day. I could not be home until after noon so I had to reschedule the first two technicians who called ahead to alert me of their arrival in 30-45 minutes. Once I was home a received a pre-arrival call, I said ok and the technician arrived in the 30-45 minute window. The technician, Cesar, was polite, courteous and very informative. He listed carefully to my issue and offered a plan of action to address it. He walked me step-by-step through his evaluation process and explained my AC system and his actions in terms that were easy for me to understand. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem - a faulty capacitor on an external unit - and he had a replacement capacitor on hand which he promptly replaced. My AC system is back to normal and seems to be cooling better than ever before. My wife and I are sleeping soundly once again. Thank you, Cesar!

Juan the technician was very polite and patient in troubleshooting my problem. He arrived after an hour of making the initial call. Pretty decent for Saturday afternoon. My nest thermostat started getting an error And the AC unit stopped working. He located the problem in that unit itself and fixed it pretty fast.Their prices are good. My AC went out in June, and if you've been in Houston for any summer you know it gets hot in June. I called all around when my ac went out and Turbo was the only one that could do a same day service call. Well it was more than a service call needed as my HVAC was 18 years old! That next day a new unit was installed. Then on Sunday a frw adjustments were needed and Christian (lead tech) came out; on a Sunday! If you need help right away don't waste calling around!
