Luis did an excellent job. He was professional, respectful and arrived ready to evaluate my leaking situation. He was thorough in assessing the situation. He described the problem clearly and explained the options.He did not have the proper equipment at the time but returned the next day and completed the job. I have not had any problems with the tub facet leaking since.I plan to call Nick's Pluming again for another situation in my kitchen. I believe they were honest and fairly priced for the work done.

We have now used Turbo Home Services twice for one of our rental properties to repair and ultimately replace the home furnace. They offered a competitive quote and were quick to respond. They also communicated well throughout the entire process. Their efficiency on completing the job was also well received as the tenant would have been without heat with freezing temperatures expected a few days later. Would recommend them and intend to use them again.

This guy David messed up my neighbor when the freeze came through Houston by telling him to just turn the water off, but not drain the water from the pipes.Now he's left my kitchen faucet looking unprofessional and dripping and won't fix it without tearing out our wall or ruining our kitchen tiles. Wouldn't recommend to a homeless person under duress. Find better service from anyone else. If we hadn't paid cash, I'd dispute the charges.
