I called Turbo Home Services on Sunday morning, and I had a technician out by 3pm that afternoon. I was given a window of arrival between 1-4pm, and I received a call from Jay at 2pm saying he was about 45mins away from my home. He was professional and friendly when he called to tell me he was on his way. He arrived a little less than 45 minutes later. When he arrived, e had a smile on his face, was patient with my dog and accommodating to me whileTaking care of my son. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and had the problem w my AC and had it fixed in about an hour. He explained the work he did, offered to walk me through his work he performed (I declined), and he explained the charges. I am pleased with the service I received and happy w Jay’s professionalism. I will use Turbo again.

VIP plumbing tech installed a toilet for us perfectly. It was a challenging installation as the rough-in distance from the wall was only 8 inches and had to be moved to standard. He is very thorough and puts an honor in doing his work with excellence. I can recommend him and will use him again without hesitation!

Amazing service, arrived with all item’s needed, and on time , very politely, took broken water heater and left the water heater area spotless. Price was fair , we have a 1 year warranty on his service plus the manufacture warranty !

The service man was extremely professional. He fixed my issue in an expedient manner and instructed me on preventative measures that I can take to avoid subsequent clogs.

The technician was good in identifying what exactly was the issue with the AC unit. The fix still needs to be done but I now know where exactly the issue is.

My AC unit was old and needed to get a new unit, I have been speaking with Christian from Turbo AC, he was a great person to talk to and very professional, he answer all the questions I had about a new unit. They installed a new AC unit in my house and the crew was very quick and very responsive to their job, this guys know what there doing. Great job guys.
