We smelled natural gas. Remi checked every pipe connection for leaks. He became suspicious of the position of the hot water heater in the attic. It was raining and rainwater was leaking in because the top of the heater was wet. He was thinking the location of the heater near an attic vent was problematic. He was sharp enough to suspect the water heater vent. Bingo! The cap on the pipe had come off and was lying on the roof. Only a 6 stub of vent pipe was in place. Wind was blowing exhaust gas with CO back into the back corner of the attic! I gave him an extension ladder to use and he repaired the situation. The cap with its 3-4 ft pipe was lying on the roof.He gets 15 gold stars and deserves a raise! Amazing problem solving skills!!!

They are outstanding! I found a leak in the water heater so I gave them a call around 3pm they were at the home an hour later. The water heater was leaking internally so it needed to be replaced. By 8pm that same evening the old heater was removed/haul off and replaced. The plumber Sebastian was excellent! He walked us through the whole process and cleaned up everything before leaving.I will definitely be calling them again!

Houston Plumbing Services is top notch. We have had our fair share of issues and Houston Plumbing is by far the best company we have worked with and will continue to use going forward. They have been knowledgeable, timely, and have honest pricing. Each time they have arrived prepared and stay until the job is done. They have found and fixed multiple gas leaks and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. My only regret was not finding this company earlier when we had to replace the existing cast iron plumbing. I highly recommend this company.

My first interaction with Mission A/C company was for HVAC system inspection and maintenance. Jose came in for the job. He was professional and courteous. We have now signed up for annual maintenance contract of the system.Later, I called the same company to diagnose my split Mini A/C system. The unit was not working. Roel Murillo came in today. He immediately found the leak in the system. He was very professional and thorough.Today Alex Crespo came and installed the new HVAC system at my home. Alex and his whole team were very professional and thorough. Alex explained everything after the job was done. Another good experience from Mission A/COverall, my experience with the company has been very good.

UPDATE: we have used Turbo twice since they helped during the freeze and have been very happy with their continued service.Most recently we had them repipe our house and could not be happier. I am happy with Bobby service. He explained everything about the AC and I even got the perfect home plan because it is perfect for me and I do not have to worry about it not more. I called them for a pluming problem and Bobby fixed pretty well. I am very satisfied with One Call company and I recommended to everybody.

I had a unpleasant encounter with Angela Wallace of this business. Scam Alert, It's sad that this is such an issue. We just laid my cousin to rest and while he was in the hospital fighting for his life, Angela went to a private property he owned and scammed the tenant out of their deposit and rent and now because she won't release the funds to the estate holder she has contacted the tenant and let them know they should continue to pay her. She is using their money for this plumbing business. Scam, not a good person.

There was a leak in the air conditioning in my office that was getting some things wet, so I looked for an emergency service, luckily Turbo was here in Houston and they were able to send me a local technician near me who fixed it. ?

Efrain Campuzano, was excellent and very efficient in his work. He showed up to our home promptly and got to work identifying the issue and reporting back to us exactly what was needed. He left to gather the appropriate parts and returned within the hour to complete the job. Great employee and a even better person.
