I recommend Priority Plumbing. They were on time, worked quickly, fixed my outside water faucet, replaced the toilet water line and replaced my kitchen sink faucet. They only asked me to pick out the faucet for the kitchen sink, then they worked quickly to do the rest. Price was good. Both gentleman were very polite and asked all the right questions.

You can't beat it.

Brian came out to snake the pipe from my house to the sewer line to clear debris. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Roto-Rooter contacted me within minutes of submitting an online appointment to see if I needed emergency service and gave me a two hour window for the next morning that I could expect a technician. Brian came out within the expected window and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend RR in the future and this is the second time I’ve used them.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

Water Savers should change their name to Life Savers! From the moment they were referred to me throughout the entire process I felt like hey were partnering with me to truly help me. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and we are expecting our first child. Shortly after the home purchase we started having major issues with our water line and we didn't know what to do. One of the contractors doing renovations on our home highly recommended Water Savers to us and they did not disappoint. The pricing was competitive but fair, the service was excellent, and I felt the genuine care and concern for the situation my wife and I were in from the customer service rep all the way up to the top. You can't pay for that. So if anyone is looking for leak detection, repair, plumbing, etc I'd highly recommend Water Savers. 1st Class company all the way around.

This is my 3rd time using Tim Chen plumbing service. I have been impressed each time. My water heater blew out and flooded the basement over the weekend. I received a call back from my message and was setup for 8:30 am Monday. The crew showed up at exactly 8:30 and went straight to work. They had it replaced and all cleaned up within 2 hrs. The Piping work looks fantastic and my family is very happy to be taking warm showers again. Thank you!

My condo's basement floor was soaked because my downstairs neighbor had a leak. I decided to call Atlanta Emergency Plumbing after hearing good things from a neighbor. They sounded competent and helpful on the phone and assured me that they could come right away to fix the problem. Both Rex showed up promptly as promised. They protected themselves against COVID by wearing masks as they searched for the source of the leak. They looked everywhere and found nothing. To locate the source of the leak, they had to remove the sheetrock. They were quite precise in their cutting, leaving straight edges in the drywall (which facilitated the subsequent patching and repairs). They offered alternatives to relocating the water heater, which would have been more time-consuming and costly. It was clear that they had a lot of experience in their field. I have no qualms about using Atlanta Emergency Plumbing again or recommending them to others. We appreciate your assistance in repairing the leak.
