Had a pipe disconnect under my kitchen sink. Rhonnie from Delta Plumbing came out, took a look at it and quoted me a fair price for the work. I got out of his way and he got to work. Very professional all the way around.

I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

I've been slow to respond because I've been catching up on sleep.Sleep missed because of the heatwave. the service was more than five stars! The crew (Marcus, Jeff, and Juan) showed up on time and went about the task at hand after explaining what wasto be done. I just stepped back, and they were finished in no time and they even cleaned up after the work was completed. I see now why Estes has been around for so long! Bravo!!! You can't go wrong with Estes!!!!

I had a plumbing crisis today - a shower that wouldn't turn off. I spoke with Michelle and even though they had no one immediately available, she took time out and accurately identified the part I needed to replace and provided a website for the part which I then replaced myself. This shows real integrity and care for customers. After this experience, they will be my first choice for any plumbing needs.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Can’t say enough about these guys! They came out to my house at 9 pm just to fix a shut off valve under my sink. Very nice guys and very reasonable!! I will definitely use them again! (Hopefully not soon haha)

We had an issue with a repair and they came back with no complaints to fix it ASAP and actually repaied another issue for no charge. GREAT HONEST COMPANY! We will be calling them again.
