I called 3 different places who said they were open on Sundays before actually reaching a live person at A-Plus. The person answering the phone said he could have someone out to see why my hot water tank pilot wouldn't light. I gave them my address at 1:20 and by 3 the job was completed. They were a life saver because the thought of starting a Monday off with a cold shower was terrible. Definitely recommend them!

When one of our HVAC units stopped working Estes was one of a few highly recommended companies that I contacted. They reacted to my much needed repair in an effort to get our A/C back in service. I was extremely impressed from the initial discussion with the CSR setting up the appt. the same day as the technician (Collin) that showed up was on time and did a complete review of my system and walked me through all my options to get our A/C back in operation. The salesperson Leverne was extremely professional and sat down with me to provide more detail around our choices and worked with me to make sure the cost was within our budget. Lastly, the two gentlemen (Daniel & Matthew) that showed up the next day and installed our new units did an outstanding job and again, were both very helpful in explaining the process and happy to answer any questions/concerns that we had during the install of two new units. There work was flawless and my wife and I greatly appreciated the can do attitude and utmost professionalism. Lastly, we ended up replacing our 15 year old hot water heaters as well with Estes that same week and the plumbers echoed the same professionalism and quality of work throughout there visit. I would highly recommend Estes for anyone that is in need of HVAC & Plumbing services! Happy customer , Doug Freeman

Amazing plumbing service that solved all of the lingering problems that have been in my unit since I moved in. They cleaned my water heater, fixed the toilet that was making a hissing sound, and fixed a rattling sound in my walls. They did all of this within 3 hours and were very professional.

Responded faster than any of the major emergency plumbing companies. Came out on a Sunday morning and fixed a broken external main water pipe. They saved us from having to stay at a hotel. Quick and professional. I can’t recommend this plumber enough!! Thank you!

This guy is a big time cheat. Very arrogant, over prices customers, zero customer service. I will not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

My original time slot was between 2 and 6 pm on Thursday. Plumber arrived after 8.30pm. Your company knew that I had Rinnai Tankless unit and that access to their Help desk is required for most repair especially if warranty repair maybe covered. I was told by your technician that he would be back to my house by 8am Friday morning. I called at 9.30 am to get a status update and was told I was still his first call. He called around ~10 at which point I canceled the call. Through the discussion on Thursday evening your tech did say that often replacing the Unit may end-up being the most cost effective way, this was confirmed when I call Rinnai at 8am Friday morning. Your cost was going to be at a minimum Diagnoses $400, Major Repair $800 (not including parts). I sourced a new unit for $1400 including taxes and delivered with in 2 hours. Your written estimate was $3200 (no detail on unit type).... so ~$1800 for labor.... It took me, a non professional 4 hours to replace the unit, so assuming he would have completed the work in 3 hours or $600 an hour. This is called gouging your customers.... I am seriously considering no longer using Coolray (sister company) for my AC needs moving forward.

We just used Fulton Services today. Anyone looking to use this company should be aware that the service charge of $89 is not deducted from the final cost of service/repair. Most plumbing services don't charge the service charge if they do the work. Thought I'd give them a try to replace a garbage disposal. The repair was $882.50 ( $793.50 to install new garbage disposal PLUS $89 service charge for coming out). On the phone when I made the appointment they referred to it as a service charge. On the invoice it says diagnostic charge. We went ahead with the work despite the high cost because the tech was here. He quoted $793.50. Our mistake for assuming the service charge was included. When I called to ask about it they wanted to give me a $30 coupon to use on next service. We won't use their services again.
