I called Jontell because we had a leak under the sink. He came within the hour. Upon arrival he was able to diagnose the issue, as well as tell me what I needed and could do next to address the issue we were having. He is also an electrician, so we discussed some opportunities for the future. I will be calling him again.

My gas line from the meter to the house had a leak where it went under ground and into the house. Ray and his team rerouted it so everything was above ground and did an excellent job. They were also very helpful in answering any questions and really educated me on what they were doing. I will definitely call A Plus Priority Plumbing again for future needs.

We have had repeated issues with a pipe getting blocked and Roto-Rooter was more aggressive in fixing the underlying problem vs “bandaiding” the issue. Pricing is quite reasonable. Wow, Brian from Atlantis Plumbing is incredible. He diagnosed a problem with my water pressure that had stumped multiple other plumbers. He diagnosed the problem in a scientific manner and discovered the cause, then fixed it on the spot. Also gave me a great lesson on plumbing in general while doing the work. I would recommend him and Atlantis to anyone out there.

I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

Paul Kim needed to replace a capacitor and he explained everything very well and why it was needed and what the consequences would be without the repair or replacement. After Mr Kim left I did some research and found out that a capacitor is supposed to last for 20 years. That brings up the question why did we change it within 6 years. Then I remember him telling me about readings by the manufacturer and then the readings are requirements from Estes. It sounds like Estes what's more stringent and therefore maybe it was having to be changed by Estes standards and not by carriers. I tried to ask Mr Kim to explain it and he never got back to me. So I'm wondering what to do now to get an answer, because I certainly can't remember all the numbers he was reading off to me. I'll try again to find out.
