This was the worst plumbing/ customer service I have ever experienced. We had a leak at our house and called these guys over. When they arrived, we asked them for an estimate. They told us that it would be around 400-500 to look for the leak and the repair cost may vary depending on the size of the leak. They spent a total of 5 hours at the house and fixed a small leak under the bathroom sink. After they finished, they billed us for $3000. We thought it was a completely ludicrous amount for 5 hours of work. When we asked what the bill was for, the owner of the company, Mike, told us that he paid his plumbers $250 per hour per person. I felt as though he was scamming us. When we refused to pay that amount, he told us that it's coming out of the insurance's pocket anyways, so it didn't matter how much they charged. They were extremely rude and began threatening us. We ended up settling for a lesser amount although we still overpaid. When we called back a few days later to get the itemized invoice for our insurance, the secretary hung up the phone as soon as she heard our name. She refused to let us talk to the owner and became extremely hostile towards us. In the end, we never got our itemized invoice. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever received.

I had a bathroom water leak that was dripping and leaking into my basement. I called around 3-4pm and they said they could come and help me today, that they would be here sometime between 5pm-9pm. They said an insurance inspector would come to assess damage, which he did around 6ish. They called at 7:10 to tell me they were still coming, busy, but would still make it out. I waited until 8:55pm to call and ask if they were still planning to show up, they said they were but they were running late. They assured me to still expect them though.. I got a call at 9:50pm only for them to tell me they were not going to show up tonight. I’ve been waiting for almost 5hours and my day has been waisted. Definitely not open 24/7..

Excellent service. The technicians arrived early and fixed my problem in a timely fashion. Affordable and very reliable. The only plumbing company I will use from here on out!

Reggie came by, diagnosed a problem that I had with a PRV and fixed the problem. I had 2 other plumbing companies come out to look at my issue, and they didn't have a clue. I highly recommend this company#

AWESOME & PROFESSIONAL customer service . I went through my warranty company after my electric water heater went out after 14 years. Dewey, was the first that was sent out , and gave awesome service. I spoke to the owner Eric on the phone, who was also extremely nice and professional and explained the situation to me. Once it was approved by my warranty company, they even went above and beyond to come out on a Saturday ( next day) to install it. Shodd came and completed the whole install by himself and had a great personality and customer service. This company lives true to it's name Best 1 and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumbing company. 2 thumbs up.

I was given a call by the Technical Team prior to arrival. Lead Technician did introduce the Team & it was discussed what locations the work was to be distributed & the projected time frame work could be completed. Noticed up front the position the Team took preparing to enter the home with each having a pair of shoe covers in hand. The Team worked straight through the installation Process of both the Heating & AC Units.Demonstrated professional, did not mind discussing work that was being done & was sure Drop Cloths were placed on the floors in sensitive work locations. After all work was completed, we were shown the locations the units were installed, in addition to the Technician explaining to my wife & I how to operate both Thermostats through Demonstrations for us to visually see the operation procedures. At the closing another Technician handed us the operating material & final signing of all paperwork was completed. Excellent job by all involved for the home, customer & overall services. We would highly recommend Estes & this Technical Team to anyone who is ready to purchase the type of Units that were Installed.Huge difference in the way our home is currently being cooled off! Work was done accordingly, efficient & with less time involved. I did physically see the area that was worked on & felt they did an excellent jobnot only with installing the ducts, but the vents as well. Over all we are well pleased & satisfied with the service provided.George Taylor

They charged me $355 to unscrew the old pipe vent and screw a new one in.. The part is like $30. So they basically charged me $320 for walking into my house. I wouldn't recommend them.
