I had a service rep come to inspect a leaky toilet.... he took one look said it will cost $538 and he needed to replace the whole apparatuses. When I pointed to what I thought the issue was he offered to do it for $200. felt very sleazy...I went to ace bought the part i needed for $9.99... I had the toilet fixed in less than 15 minutes. I will not be using this service again. It is an absolute con job and I did not appreciate it at all.

We had a severe water pressure problem at our house and did not know the cause. John at Estes, was professional, methodical and thorough in figuring out that our valve needed to be replaced, that we didn’t have a leak inside or outside the home. We feel like the cost was fair and the repair completely fixed our water pressure issue. Estes has been great with our A/C issues and now helped us with plumbing as well. We have an annual contract for both now and will happily call them again in the future if we have problems. I highly recommend them.

I wish all home repairs went this smoothly. A Plus Priority Plumbing was fairly priced and replaced my water heater in less than 24 hours of calling them. The process to get a quote was very quick and non-invasive (I sent pictures and received the quote immediately), the owner was very responsive with my concerns (I wanted to make sure they guaranteed their work and are properly insured which they they were), and the in-home work was handle with the professionalism and expertise that you hope for, but rarely expect when trying out contractors via search engine results. Very glad I called them. I will be calling them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend.

I have used Tim Chen Plumbing for more than 12 years. They have done everything for me from installing a new hot water heater (twice) to adding a new outdoor hose hookup to fixing various plumbing problems. Tim Chen is affordable, does incredibly high quality work, never says “can’t”, and always shows up promptly and finishes quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Tim Chen. I have recommended him to numerous friends, and they have all been really happy. You will not be disappointed; in fact, you’ll be really glad you hired Tim Chen.

Very unprofessional!! Lack of accountability not only from the employees but the owner as well. I have been dealing with the owner John since October it is now January and nothing fixed. He has a very poor attitude and only concern is giving rushed half service so he could make it to his tattoo appointment. Its always an excuse with these people. Three missed appointments, poor attitude, come to a work site unprepared, and still find the time to cry victim. The owner John had the nerve to tell me a customer he's doing me a favor. lol. I will be also reporting him to the BBB. Contractors like him and his staff makes it so hard for people to trust.

I hired Fulton Services to repair a pipe that had been installed incorrectly.

I had requested that any plumbers entering my home wear a mask. One of the men obliged but the other 4 did not.

They had also brought a young teen along with them (I’m assuming it was one of their children.)

I will not be using their services again and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.
