Excellent Service Company. My hot water heater thermal expansion tank developed a leak after hours causing continuous leaking of water (thankfully I had a catch pan under the heater and outside drain so no floor damage :-) I called the Emergency After Hours Number for Morningside Plumbing and promptly got a a call back from the Service Manager, Josh. He was at my home within little over an hour. He had the necessary part on the truck and got the problem quickly fixed. He was polite, pleasant, attentive, helpful and explained things clearly. Answered a follow up question on the next day. Perfect experience from start to finish. Can't say enough nice things about this company! Very professional and customer service oriented!

The office communication was professional. The repairman Scott called to notify us of his arrival. He thoroughly communicated the situation and advised of options along with pricing. He went above and beyond to notify me of where I could purchase the item for installation. He notified me when the job was completed and provided a way to reach out to him if I had questions. Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

My recent experience with Roto- Rooter far exceeded my expectations. My old water tank finally gave out after 22 years but not without leaving a huge mess in my garage. I called Roto-Rooter and within 2 hours Ryan agent #5986 was at my door. Being partially disabled it was hard for me to move items out of the way so he could get to work. Ryan jumped in and got everything moved within a short period of time. He was not only courteous and knowledgeable but had a great sense of humor. After the work was completed he showed me how to adjust the temperature and answered whatever questions I had. What started as a horrible day for me ended on a positive note.Ellie Morin

Used Atlantis Plumbing Company to repair a leak in yard. The initial customer service was excellent. An appointment was scheduled for a Technician to survey leak. Technician Bryan arrived as scheduled, very professional, explained and quoted price for all needed repairs. Monday a.m. Technician Justin and his team arrived on time and ready to work even in inclement weather..Would recommend this company!! And no, no one paid me to say any of this and I do not know any one who works for or at this company Thank you for services rendered..

I hired two other plumbing companies before this one and they were not able to fix the leak that I was having in my basement. I should have called Atlanta Plumbing sooner. Their plumbers definitely know what they’re doing.

I called and talked to Andrew about getting a leak checked out on our shower he was willing to see us same day even though it was a long and late day for him. (after 9) that's pretty incredible. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and didn't even charge me to look at it! So that was again amazing service!

Highly recommend Fix & Flow. We worked with them to evaluate a few gas leaks that we identified with the gas company. Chad was the plumber who we worked with. We had an awesome experience with these folks! A few thoughts I wanted to share:
- They were SO responsive. We called them Monday morning and they were at our house by 10am ET
- Chad was extremely detail oriented and made sure he could reproduce all the issues prior to making a recommendation
- They made multiple reasonable recommendations that felt like they had our best interests at heart and we trying to help us with the best possible solution, not the most expensive solution per.

We'll be calling Fix & Flow for all our plumbing needs! Love these guys. Chad is also the man - Great service, super friendly, very knowledgeable, excellent professional.

Cash does alot of work at the apartment complex i work for. Every job we can count on them to find the real problem and fix it correctly instead of putting a band-aid on it until we have to call them back. Cash will do it right the first time.

I wouldn't use this business if my life depended upon it! Spent many days back and forth with slow response from Ray, knowing exactly what was needed. I finally received a response that he doesn't do that type of work. He should have told me that in the first place when I first spoke to him, instead of spending days and hours going back and forth with him!!! He was also quite rude. I don't deal with rude people, and would never recommend nor use their services ever! I would give this business a -10 if I could, or most definitely a 0!
