Jimmy was very professional and honest and we appreciate that. Not everyone will be honest about the work that needs to be done.

3 hours of work cost $500. Very polite, but that seems excessive. Won't use again.

We had an urgent need of a plumber after hours the other night. Robert showed up promptly and took great care of us. He was thorough, polite and incredibly kind. He found the problem, fixed it and helped us with a few other plumbing issues as well. The bill was very reasonable, actually lower than expected! If he is a representation of Atlantis, I'd recommend them to anyone. They will be our first call for plumbing issues in the future, no question.

Jose was very courteous and professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Jose actually inspected the leak and offered options to solving the issue. He explained in details the pros and cons of the different options.

Did a great job on replacing a section of drain pipe in my basement

We had previous plumbers come out and try to fix our continuing problem in our basement. They only happen to make the problem worse, taking shortcuts and making temporary solutions.

But, when Andrew with Plumb Master of Atlanta came out, he was extremely professional and an easy guy to talk to. He immediately recognized the multiple problems going on with our plumbing system. He went out and retrieved the necessary items and fixed the problem the right way. We have not had a problem since.

He tried to set the York new thermostat, which we could not program. He also had difficulty with setting the York brand and reinstalled another brand, Honeywell. York brand was very complicated but seemed to do alot but too difficult to program, even for the attendant. He really tried! Was very nice.
