Within a few hours they were at my house, determined the repair options and set an appointment within 24 hours to do the repairs. They should up on time, completed the repairs and all on time and under original estimate.

Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

We had some water damage due it plumbing issues, and Roto-Rooter was prompt and responsive. The young man who worked on my unit was extremely thorough and in good spirit which put us in a calm and collected mood as well. It is not what I had planned for my Saturday night but I truly believe no one would have gotten the job done as quickly and accurately as he did. He explained everything to me step by step in a way Id understand and I appreciate him taking the time to do that. I’d leave more than 5 stars if I could.

Reggie and his team have done several things at my home. Always courteous and ready to an excellent job. Very reasonable priced. When I had a break in my Water Main line, I called him and within 1 hour, he was at my house and took control of the concern.

I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!
