My polite, experienced, efficient, professional plumbing technician, Ben, arrived on schedule and did an outstanding quality job at a reasonable price. I now know a plumber I can call with confidence and can refer to my friends and family.

The Estes installers were highly professional, they answered all our questions and were very nice to work with.

I will never use you guys again I will never Recommend them to anyone I had a problem with my bathroom sink which they came out and so call fix 2 weeks later had the same problem waiting for hours for the to come out to fix the problem no call no show and now they won’t pick up the phone when I call nope sorry job and poor Customer service

WMF came to restore the fire damage I had in my office. The scheduling was good and prompt and I was fully satisfied.

I had my “Rheem” water heater installed by this company. It’s still under warranty and the gas valve had problem. I have tried reaching them since Jan 16th and even visited their office at Woodstock, which was locked. The problem with water heater is no other plumbers will repair unless they have installed it. I reached out to the manufacturers and managed to get it fixed. Mind you the call waiting time for this manufacturers customer care is more than 1hour.

They recently installed a new shower faucet and drain system on our old midcentury shower system. They were absolutely a dream to work with - they were punctual and thorough with their initial review of our issue and giving us all our possible options to think over and that transferred over to their work. Will definitely work with them again for our plumbing needs!

I called this organization after hours, with an emergency. Within thirty mins a technician by the name of Q Johnson had called me to provide his ETA. Upon his arrival Q was informative on the issue as well as on my options. All prices were reasonable and Q walked me through each option in detail. Mr. Johnson also did not want me to be uncomfortable in my home overnight, instead, he stayed until 10pm working on our home. Mr.Johnson was honest, hardworking, and over communicated his timeline as well as just educated me on how to identify an issue before it gets bad - showed me how to read the water meter and even pointed out some things to keep on eye on.

If you are looking for a plumber that you can trust, who is not trying to just make a dollar, and that truly cares about providing great customer service and a long term relationship - this is it! I have never experienced a more honest interaction with a plumbing company.
