The cold water handle in the kids bathroom came off in my hand and we needed to shut off water to the house. Blue Skies were able to respond later in the day to repair. Then updated the shower 4 days later. The shower update to the current century was done in a few hours. They also relocated the main Shut off in the house. Super professional and great communication! We are a commercial business in the Alpharetta area. I had a leak in one of the room in a hotel. I called the office and spoke with Ms. Sam and she was so nice, professional and helpful. She scheduled their Master Plumber to go out there. I know they were very busy but the squeezed us in so there was no damage from the leak in the shower. Ms. Sam kept in contact with me to let me know when to expect the plumber. They went out assessed and resolved the issue. Thank you for your amazing response and professionalism. I will absolutely call them again.

Update: In less than 3 hrs of my original post, I received a call from Owner R. Ingram. He was very kind and interested in learning what happened, and wants to get things right.
He didn't reference the post or ask me to change anything. Thanks for caring enough about my experience to call. Original Post: They were available to replace a broken water heater but in hindsight, I wished I had waited 1 day and let High Priority Plumbing do the job instead because Better Plumbing prices are higher, but product and service is inferior. A year after the heater was installed, a part failed. Better Plumbing wouldn't contact Rheem to get the part and was going to charge me more than High Priority to repair the heater. The High Priority plumber, communicated with Rheem. If you just need a job done, this company is fine, but if you want a great experience and company that really stands behind their work, you might want to consider other options.

They give out work to extremely unprofessional Individuals I do not recommend this company.

Leslie, the technician/plumber, showed up on time and was very courteous. She solved my issue with my shower drain and explained how my builder got away with the crappy work. I will definitely use Plumb Works again in the future.
