of rain and 2 sets of tree roots. They did the job and came back as many times as necessary and promptly. I hope to never need their services again but will call, if I do.

wish you could put a zero, called told them my problem, and could tell they didn't want to handle it, so they said it would be expensive and couldn't get to me for over a week. Terrible!

By far the customer service, professionalism, and very knowledgeable. The care that the owner Mr. White, took with fixing the heating and cooling system in the time that he did, helped our family not having to take cold showers in the winter, or burn up in the summer. I have called on his company many times and he show the same service each time. Plus it doesn't hurt that his smile warms the room as well. His team is awesome, great leadership. Technician Christian was highly knowledgeable and skillful. He went above and beyond not just with the garbage disposal install. He removed and cleaned the pipes from dishwasher too. His patience and his workmanship was great

I hate having to write bad reviews, even more so when it comes to my skin folk. I reached out to Reggie to fix a leak in my kitchen sink due to the rave reviews he had on Nextdoor. He was a no call/no show twice. When he did come out to fix my issue, I paid him. Only to have the same problem as soon as he left. He came back out after I made several calls and tried to fixit again. Sink is STILL leaking. I've called several times to have him come back out to fix what I paid him to fix and left several messages, no ever calls me back. I would not recommend anyone use his services.

Great experience with Estes! Marcus and Jordan were on site fast to replace our condenser and coil, which was great because it was a hot summer week and our AC went out suddenly when the refrigerant leaked out. Would highly recommend this company!

Called for a quote on an old leaky tank and was able to get a replacement and it installed about an hour later. The owner and the person who installed the tank was very polite and helpful and even helped me locate an AC company. Would recommend to any and everybody.

Have always found Atlanta Plumber Repair, Inc great. Very reliable, they do a brilliant job fast and their customer service is excellent. They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny!

My service appointment was scheduled for 2-4PM, the technician showed up at 1:30 and then left. When I called at 2:05PM to get an ETA, the tech and scheduler said my appointment was being rescheduled for the next day. The tech said he had another job across town, the scheduler claimed the tech had a family emergency. So not only is this company inept, inconsiderate, and clueless, they also lie to their customers.

After reading the Response from the owner' and the obvious 'blah, blah blah' boilerplate stock apology/excuse, I felt compelled to point out that I left a message for the owner, Kim Gibbs, on the day G Force broke the appointment and never heard back from her so I seriously doubt she's looking forward to discussing.
