Legwork Plumbing Solutions is by far the best Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with. I live in a older home and have issues often with my Plumbing System. Before Legwork I used to dread calling other companies because they would always up-sell me or weren’t professional. The techs at Legwork seem to be very fair in pricing compared to my previous experiences. I also like that when you call them they arrive quickly and make repairs quickly.  I typically don’t write  reviews but I am hoping I will save someone the money and hassle I went through by sharing my experience.

He had excellent response, communicated before, during and after. He did an amazing job in minimal time.

Delta Plumbing saved Christmas! We have a house full of guests, and of course that’s when our septic system decided to back up. Delta came out and pumped it clean and installed a service port. They sent pictures to show what all they had done and were sure to spray the mud off our sidewalk. Thanks!

My experience with this company was exceptional from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and certified plumbers ready to serve and address my needs. They gave me options as to the best routes to take for my repairs and completed the job in a timely fashion. When you’ve got plumbing issues, you need someone quick. They exceeded my expectations and the staff were very courteous.

My roommate called roto-rooter to get a price on unclogging our kitchen sink. They won’t even give you a ballpark quote over the phone. This is so that you don’t call another company but instead wait all day and hopefully you’re good and desperate by the time they come and tell you it will be $482, and with the same exact information that the scheduler was given since the tech didn’t even look at the sink. Why it is that price is irrelevant and there is only one reason they wouldn’t quote it over the phone (their excuse is the schedulers don’t have the pricing, only one reason they don't because lets face it, they very easily could have it available) so I felt compelled to give this little public service announcement. If your sink is clogged, it’ll be at least $482! They didn’t charge to waist our time and the tech was polite so I gave two stars rather than one.

An outdoor spigot was leaking. I contacted Reggie around 9am, and the spigot was replaced by 4pm. Very professional and friendly service.

I have used Atlantis Plumbing a few times, they have quoted several projects for me. Always upfront and professional. Jackie is name you should ask for when scheduling Atlantis plumbing. I have seen him tackle projects that other plumbers didn’t want to do. Very experienced and fast. Knows commercial plumbing as well as residential. Had an issue with an automatic flush sensor the other day, problem could have been several things, he guessed right the first time, had it fixed, told me what to watch for in the future, and was gone. Highly recommend you ask for Jackie when scheduling Atlantis Plumbing.

Unfortunately old oak tree roots have been bursting pipes in my neighborhood and mine finally fell victim. Kris and an apprentice came out to assess the issue and ended up running a new line. They started a couple days before all the frozen pipes burst around Atlanta on 12/24. They worked through the freezing cold and worked nonstop to help plenty others as well. They even had some of my neighbors coming up and begging them to come to their homes next due to freezing pipes that had burst. My pipes got fixed in a few days but the project took longer to complete (insulation, putting walls back together and covering pipes underground) due to the craziness that happened over Christmas Eve. Through it all, Kris was very communicative and professional which I greatly appreciated. It’s never fun to have a major plumbing issue but if/when you do, Kris is the guy!

Carlos and Brandyn were super professional and arrived in the window promised. They were respectful of our home by wearing shoe booties and covering the carpet path with a sheet during installation and disposal (super appreciative). The system works great thus far and the new thermostats have brought us into the 21st century.
