I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

I experienced a service issue with a plumber with whom I was not satisfied with the quality of work he provided. As a result, I emailed the company expressing such. The Office Manager, Evelyn, immediately responded to my email on the same evening and offered her apologies for my dissatisfaction with the service I received. Evelyn went an extra step to assure me she would make the situation right and would send someone the next morning to fix the leak in my bathroom. Plumber Mason arrived and did a GREAT job of assessing the leak and repairing my bathroom to my full satisfaction! Evelyn's quick responsiveness to addressing my concerns gave me confidence to utilize Delta Plumbing again in the future. Kudos to Office Manager Evelyn!!

Chad did a GREAT job and solved the problem fast! Even on New Year’s Eve!!! Only reason this isn’t 4-stars is the cost. Pretty pricey even tho the phone recording mentioned no price increases for holidays.

We have a disposal issue. Non-working disposal is not critical but apparently, I like to use it 100X a day so I was very happy to get a quick response from your front office. Bravo to your great communication, quick scheduling to help and the updates today regarding the arrival of our tech. Big bravo to Jonathan from Electrical. This is exactly the type of person you want representing your brand: on point, focused on assessing the situation, great personality and when he discovered that our request (check switch for disposal) was not the issue (its actually the disposal) he quickly addressed and scheduled that tech to come. Love great service and this was top notch. We have used you before so I am not surprised by the quality but a great reminder of why we will call you again and will gladly refer you.

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

They changed out a cold water line to my shower, and they did a great job. Very fast and efficient!

I hired Matt (Zippy Plumber) to fix my leaking main water line a few months ago. He replaced it using a trenchless repair method. I am very happy with Matt's service, including his price, professionalism, and transparency. He also recently visited my house to help identify the source of an unrelated plumbing problem. I'm a new home owner. Got an electrical inspection of an outlet with smoke marks on it and a light fixture that comes on when it wants to. Robert made sure the wiring was in tact and inspected the breaker box, as well. He was professional and explained issues and offered solutions.
