Bison installed the plumbing in my new construction home. There were a couple of issues, but they timely repaired them. This rating splits the difference between the install/set up issues and and the timely warranty service. We've used Roto Rooter many times. They fixed our sump pump problem, and two hissing toilets. We keep coming back because of their reliability and professionalism. We appreciate the one-year warranty on their work, and the free service calls. Our most recent tech, Feliks, was courteous and helpful.
